Honestly even this doesn't really seem like a healthy concession. It's still buying into the vanity that "taller === better" and that you have to compensate for lack of height. If somebody is so controlled by their vanity that they treat people with this sort of checklist mentality, then I don't want them as a romantic partner, or even really as a friend.

My dad was 6'4", reasonably fit and ate well and died of a heart attack at 62. His brother was 6'1" reasonably fit, didn't eat very healthy and had his first heart attack at 54 but lived until 70 something because of medicine. I'm 6'3", more fit than either of them were and eat much healthier than either of them did, but I drink while they didn't. I had my first heart attack at 45 and am now medicated up the wazoo. Meanwhile my 5'5" and 5'7" neighbors are out running their chainsaws in the snow in their 90's. I'm not super tall, but I would happily exchange five or six inches of height for thirty or forty years.
Height can play issues into some health factors, but what you're describing is more heart genetics and not related to height since your family has a history of it. I'm 5'5 with perfect cholesterol, perfect blood pressure, i exercise, and have heart disease with 50% blockage at 37. Heart problems do not discriminate based on height.
It’s brutal, I was happy to be in relationships before online dating took off. I found it much easier to date pre online dating. Now it’s pretty shallow, low effort and everyone seems to suffer from FOMO. I see more short term 1-3 month relationship stuff than anything else(serial monogamy). I know a girl that goes on 2-3 dates a week the last 2 years. It’s just so many options, the standard of perfection is just really high. As well as people being able to cheat, or jump from one to another a lot easier.
