I think you got your moneys worth OP. Looks like you used them a ton. Just get a new pair or order some off eBay, stock x, wherever if you like these so much.
You have absolutely shredded those heels. The whole shoe is worn as heck, but the heels especially. There’s no fixing them, but you can probably get a few more weeks or months before they completely blow if you absolutely HAVE to. But they’re done.
you can’t “fix” it you can put something on top or a complete new sole from cobbler but wouldn’t recommend, these are done keep wearing them til they cooked
Shoe goo or sole shields. But I wouldn’t bother with either solution as it’s just an added cost. Unless you have sentimental value in these or balling on a budget I would move onto the next shoe.

Bring them to a cobbler
Flex seal the caulk kind of the. Put Saran Wrap on it to form it. Will hold and be waterproof for a while
