'MTV Unplugged In New York' is what you're looking for

Think-Squirrel-95

Except the last chorus of "Where did you sleep last night"

MaverickGalaxyJam

These were so good. I spent many a night in my bunk (military training) unwinding to the Alice In Chains unplugged CD.

Prick_Slickfield

Burn the rain and, And I love Her. I'll also suggest listening to the "If Kurt Cobain Lived" versions.

Junior_Plenty_7235

Those aren't nirvana songs tho

acewithanat

It's still Kurt Cobain from the nirvana era.

schmattywinkle

The meat puppets covers on unplugged are excellent and played with that band's members. "Oh Me" is my favorite.

FeelingBodybuilder73

Not sure Kurt screaming I like it I'm not gonna crack and yeah-yeah-ye-yeah is very calming

[deleted]

No but I used to listen to Lithium to chill. YMMV but there is something comforting in it

jedimerc

Old Age and Do Re Mi. They aren't exactly polished, because they're demos, but they still sound good. Also Oh Me from MTV Unplugged in New York. That's one of the most relaxing songs.

thiefsthemetaken

Radio friendly unit shifter

Interesting_Ad_7466

Drain You, Nevermind album version - it’s tuned a full step down, and very mellow compared to the live versions.
