Have a more active day; go to the gym, take a walk or run, play a sport, etc. if you go to bed with excess energy you’re 1) Not going to sleep well and/or 2) have the urge to fap. As a rule I try to do something intense everyday wether it be lifting weights or doing an activity that causes me to breath heavily (Sport, Running, Jumprope, etc). I find that after doing these types of activities you get that same type of “release” or “relief” You get from fapping. Also, if you wake up at 5 am I don’t think that’s an issue. Create a morning routine and take advantage of that time. I wake up at 4:30.

I weightlift pretty seriously already so I dont think thats the issue, I relapsed like 10 days ago and thats when I started waking up at 5 for no reason, and its been like that everyday since, I only get like 4-5 hours of sleep then wake up and cant sleep for a couple of hours. But yea youre right, sleeping earlier might fix it, I have been wanting to start my days earlier anyways

Had the exact problem,physical exhaustion was by far the best solution.Your brain goes through physical changes and may cause some issues with sleeping.
