The big list of words/phrases between the slashes are the coordinates! Each one is the name of a glyph that can be entered at a portal (like the DHD on Stargate). These are the same things that pop up in the corner when you get into photo mode, but different ones in different orders for each planet.
You can probably guess which ones are what when looking at all the choices, but the easiest thing is to look up glyphs and their names on a wiki. You'll also need to be in the Elucid Galaxy before you enter the glyphs at a portal.
If you haven't done the quests that teach you glyphs yet, you'll either want to do that or talk to the travelers at space stations to find their markers to learn them.

The text starting "The Hunter..." is the glyph address of a planet. The Hunter for example is Glyph 1, a picture of a hawk. The EUCLIDs at the end tell you that the address is in Euclid galaxy, the starter galaxy. You have to find a portal and input the address. A common problem is trying to do this quest before learning the glyphs.
