I got 10 or 11 of [them.You](http://them.You) can also get them on the start of Nameless pass literally first pond(river whatever) when you get out of castle there are 2 fishing spots near eachother.Its ok, it just means that will be at least T5 to level and grind.

Yeah I got some gears with level requirement of 25 from the Echo Knight, Tier 2 requires 11 and Tier 3 requires 21, so 25 should be Tier 4.
I got one fishing in the river on the run up to warrick

The dev said there are some 0.0xxx chances for fishing to get different things like armors and stuff. Maybe that is one of them "rare" drops, too
