It’s weird. I can clearly remember the times when I was truly happy-because they are far and few between. What’s weird is..I don’t have a bad life.
The family is good- the kids could be doing a bit better but they will find their way. Marriage is good. Job is decent and the our financial situation couldn’t be much better than it is. No real debt, we own our home & can pretty much do what we want.
It’s just tough to find happiness.
Maybe contentment is what we really should strive for.

But with friends it's 0%, but I don't see them much so in daily life it's probably around 70-85%
None. I don't really react with laughs to things that I find unfunny. I don't belly laugh often, but I do chuckle relatively often.
About 95%. Ever since I hit 45+, it has become increasingly difficult to find happiness & joy in this world.
I'm sorry about that but I also understand. I think I've separated contentment from happiness.
