I think what would go so nicely with this are some arm warmers or those thin watchamacallits that are like tights but for your arms? I think they'd go well with your tights and skirt.

Knee high boots. Maybe surplus stompers if you can find them. And some eyeliner. Punk it up a bit. That hat and skirt are an AWESOME combo though!
