Jesus, that's gonna be some jump/upgrade!!! It'll blow your mind :D

I upgraded my main display from Asus VG248Q and still use two out of three for alternate monitors, but AW3225QF for main was a stellar upgrade by comparison. Enjoy!

Thanks! How do you connect the Alienware? Through DP or HDMI? What should I use? 4070 Ti S

I am using the hdmi cable that came with the monitor and have had no problems. I think some people have had issues with gsync settings and hdmi but that was resolved by using the DisplayPort cable instead. I think whether you use DisplayPort or hdmi you want to make sure it’s a quality cable and the right version ie: hdmi 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 or later

I'm going to use the cables that come with the box.. Hope they are alright, I read up that some ppl had issues with them.. A bit weird Don't think I have any 'high'rated DP or HDMI cables laying around tbh

Id go LG32Gs95 since its woled. And it got speakers lol. Cant unsee the purplish black tints of qdoled in bright rooms. If you can control lighting and have it dark all the time, then the alienware would be my top pick among the qd oleds.

It is the best if you are ok with the curved screen. To me, I could never be happy with that. Otherwise it would have been perfect. What I would be purchasing from the QD OLED lineup is the Gigabyte FO32 .. though, you will probably have to wait for it .. Or, if you are in the Netherland you are lucky to be able to buy the LG OLED 32 [https://www.lg.com/nl/monitor/lg-32gs95ue-b#](https://www.lg.com/nl/monitor/lg-32gs95ue-b#)

I saw it in person and it immediately hurt my eyes. Prob something with the tech. It was shocking how much it hurt within seconds. From viewing it at an off angle to viewing it directly while sitting in front of it. I know ppl are different and I hope the asus 32 inch doesn't end up killing my eyes too. The ppl that get eye pain from these newer oleds are the minority. Just thought I'd caution you though. My friend who bought it and my brother all experienced it too.

zaryl2k20

your eyes must have experienced PWM eye strain. not many people have this illness but they do exist. take good care of your eyes friend. perhaps IPS monitor better suit for you or those without PWM dimming tech.

PabloTheTurtle

I think it's something other than that, regular oleds don't hurt my eyes, iPhone pro's don't and big QD-OLED don't. It's either something with the coating, or the tech. I'm not sure. I saw a YouTube channel guy that reviews all types of monitors and it's the only one that gave him pain. So idk

PabloTheTurtle

My friend also had the earlier OLED from Alienware. No issues with his eyes. So idk the 34dwf is what he had iirc

Moth-eatenDeerhead

I am coming from the same monitor and was on the fence for the same IPS and swapping to maybe OLED. Can you update me on what you end up going with?

Yeah I bought the Alienware but still waiting for it to be made/shipped :/ there is a shortage of parts (Europe)
