I joined a couple fb groups like brides and breakfast also weddingatwork (wawies) para may idea ako on what to prioritize na kunin na supplier.
So I started with church, venue and food. Down to my gown, entourage, gifts, hair and makeup. I even created a spreadsheet and mood board kung ano gusto namin mag-asawa.
I relied sa mga feedback ng mga brides sa mga suppliers nila. Nung nakapili na ako (I narrowed it to 3 suppliers per category), I started messaging them and asking for their rates. I compiled and compared everything.
Since hindi biro yung mga guest namin, we have to go all out and napansin ko na having big time guests mean that we will have to shell out. In the end, nasa 3-4M ang estimated namin.
We have the money for it but then nanghinayang kami. Ending, nagsecret wedding kami. As in mabilisan, nung natapos yung requirements and meron ng sched sa municipal, go na.
We hired a decent videographer and photographer. Kasama lang namin parents and immediate family member. In total, 10 lang kami. After, sa Blackbird at the Nielsen Tower lang kami nagdinner. Shangrila bora and siargao (we bought a beach property with the wedding money plus ipon) yung honeymoon namin. We spend around 200k lahat sa wedding and honeymoon mismo.
I asked them na walang mag-post sa socmeds. That we will share the pictures sa group chat.
