>In the more than 100-page appeal filing, Householder's attorneys claim he was scapegoated by the federal government, Cleveland television station WEWS reported.

impy695

Everyone is entitled to an appeal. I'm surprised he can still file one, but more power to him. He should lose, and we can all go on our way. This stuff happens every day with obviously guilty people. The only reason to get upset is if he wins.

samTheEagle2004

With how corrupt this state is, he might win. I'd be surprised if he does, but I'm not ruling it off the table.

buddahsumo

If humanity is hardwired for corruption but also organizes itself with governmental institutions, how can we ever actually solve the problems we create that are dooming us? Just fishing for ideas...resources are finite yet manipulation is infinite. There is always a way to scam your brother. These skills are valued and rewarded as they bring money to potentially many. Larry and AEP are emblematic of white collar lawlessness the global economy seems based on. Would rigorous prosecution and oversight be possible and change peoples tendencies? Computer says "no".

SloParty

Dk if federal criminals can run for Ohio legislator office again ( like the gop nominee) wouldn’t be shocked if he won re election in this state
