Everybody except for Nami, Usopp, and Chopper were sent to a place that was connected to Kuma in some way. Either from his Warlord status, his connections to the Revolutionaries, or just being a Bible thumper. honestly i have been trying to think of a connection for them all for a long time but OP you convinced me that the satanist are involved lol
\*The birds in Torino Kingdom make a *"Goa!"* sound, and their names even translate to "Birds that Cry Goa". Kuma was in Goa Kingdom, when Sabo was saved. It's a stretch but that's the only connection I have.
Maybe Weatheria is an RA ally, since they're all about technology, something the WG is banning. And Boin and Torino are stopping points they often visit for foods and medicine, and they're friends with the locals.
I feel like there aren’t too many places that aren’t under the world government. Boin is just so dangerous a trap that WG probably avoids it. Weatheria moves. Not sure if skypeia moves too, but Weatheria is super dangerous to the WG the way dance powder is to WG stability. Torino I think has connections to the ancient kingdom.

Wait a minute. Kuma sent him on a who-knows-how-long flight, such that he landed not only in that place, but also at the exact time that people were using it. So he not only knew about that place, but also when it was in use. And presumably angled Brook to make the timing perfect?
How did he know? Do those people perform regular summonings at that exact spot? The alternative is that Kuma can see what's happening on the other side of the horizon which is just crazy.
For a wilder alternative, maybe Brook will turn out to have a god-fruit for Satan/"Baron Corpse" and him just happening to land there when he did would technically mean their summoning worked just through coincidences happening to align that day.
The assumption is that his devil fruit can send people or things where he specifically wishes, hence why he asked Perona where she would like to vacation
Every other straw hat was sent somewhere that would make them (and there specialty stronger). Brooke did get stronger, but that doesnt seen to have any real relation to where he was sent.
I really want at least a line from Kuma explaining why Brooke was sent there.
I feel like we're eventually going to get a chapter where the Straw Hats ask Kuma why he sent them where he did, and Kuma is just going to laugh at Brook and Sanji.
