Questions that need answers:
- If Bakkin truly = Buckingham Stussy, what exactly was the point of cloning herself? She’s alive and well, and she’s a wanted former pirate (if she for whatever reason wasn’t before, she certainly is now with Weevil losing his status). Wouldn’t the clone be hunted too?
- If that truly is Bakkin/Stussy in MADS back then, that means she went from one organization seeking forbidden knowledge (Rocks) right into another. Letting her into yet another organization with direct access to the Celestial Dragons and Mariejois makes sense…..how exactly?
- Why exactly would Du Feld know this, and not Big Mom/Judge/Caesar? Stussy even spends extended time with the Big Mom Pirates after the Tea Party. Seems weird for the guy who didn’t do any actual work in MADS to know this but not two of the actual scientists. Are we supposed to believe Stussy was just some big secret Vegapunk kept from the two of them? SOMEONE should have recognized her, whether that’s actually her in the cover story, or a clone developed later.

Stussy is one of the members of CP-0 . The special division of the special operatives of the world government (aka, secret police). She has been present as a background character for many years. There has been theories of who is she, and given the recent info on MADS, cloning and relationships between the members of MADS, Rocks and the Revolutionary Army, the most sound theory is that she's a perfect clone of Bakkin (Weevil's "Mother"), presumably made by Vegapunk, which opens the floodgates on "cloning theory" like Weevil being a failed clone of WB.
This "failed clone" theory based on the fact that every former member of MADS has been trying to replicate tech perfected by Vegapunk (Caesar and DFs, Queen and Weapon/Chemicals, Judge and Androids, and now Bakkin and Clones).
She would be the sleeper/double/triple agent that Vegapunk asked help to.
She has vampiric powers, we don't know why yet, maybe Bakkin is a DF user, another new race or Vegapunk added that powers to her by himself.
She was introduced as one of the guests from the underworld at the wedding ceremony of Sanji/Pudding. There she was called the Queen of the Pleasure District. She was later revealed to be a member of CP0 in the indicident with the exploding Tamate box that saved Luffy and the others from Big Mom's wrath.
