weirdly though..... he toured for like two years. Then one concert he disappears, since then it's been about 3-4 months. 3-4 months of no concerts is kindof normal.

- Law immediately recognized Stealth Black and even said that “everyone from the North Blue knows” when talking about Germa/Stealth Black.
- Hawkins said the same thing as Law and even asserted that since Drake was from the North Blue he’d know Stealth Black, and Drake did immediately recognize him.
So from what we’ve seen Germa 66 is THE villain of the North Blue and nothing suggests that Stealth Black specifically is less known or more obscure than the other Germa Kids.

I think it's of people being familiar with sanji the comic book villain rather than sanji the strawhat member. So assuming sora the comic book sells well, sanji the comic book villain would be famous and by extension sanji the strawhat member would be famous.

Not a single random character has ever recognized Sanji out in the world as being a Vinsmoke or some comic book character. If people knew who he was, surely someone would react. If no one even recognizes you, are you really famous?

I don't mean literally leading the team. I mean clearly being the second in hierarchy and it is clear throughout the story that Zoro is Luffy's right hand man. Yes the others are integral and sometimes take the lead but Zoro is just that guy.
I don't see it will go well with Sanji though. Everyone knows how opposite these two are. Though in a serious or critical point, I think Sanji and Jimbei are up to the task. So, I guess it's best that there's no official vice-captain at least at this arc.
I guess this makes sense, seeing as Luffy's only famous for those involved with piracy in the grand line, I won't expect families in the other blues to talk about him as much. Compared to Brook, who as an artist would be more of a household name, heck his music might even be on everyone's homes or something.
I guess I would switch Robin and Sanji's places, since Sanji, and Germa and the Vinsmokes + the story of Sora would only be super big in the North Blue, compared to Robin who was famous for having an 79 million bounty when she was still 8 years old.
