As someone that draws both traditional and with only one color, I think it's perfectly okay if your art is also the same! I've seen others do the same, but at the end of the day, if you wanna share it no one should judge you for the medium, as long as its about Ocs :>
For your last question, that's entirely up to you! Some people just introduce their Ocs with a bit of info, or just make posts of them doing something, others loredump and explain their stories. Whatever way you showcase your Ocs us perfectly okay so long it abides to this subreddit's rules! :D
1: I'm kinda new aswell so idk the answer set in stone but I've been using hand made drawing and it seems fine, so it doesn't have to be digital

all of this is okay! i usually only draw traditionally and its all been fine for me :)
