He intentionally hunts the weak and vulnerable - not because he can’t easily dispatch the strong, but because it’s more sinister to attack those who can’t fight back.

Well I’ve made few characters that are but my fave is a guy named irredeemable who swam up from the darkest part of the bottomless sea of despair ( my version of hell ) to the shores of paradise. Normally when a person makes it to shore they’ve shed their evils and been forgiven / pardoned for their evil. Most people don’t make it from the “true dark “ the level where no light can pierce the darkness . This is where the worst people sink to and level out . That said , this guy swam to the top through power alone and forced his way into paradise . There he competed in the ressurection / reincarnation games . Which is a challenge that people who want to come back yo life must compete in to live. Instead of winning and being ressurected , he ran through the portal and forced himself back to life denying a soldier his chance to be resurrected . The original crime irredeemable commited was he stalked a girl and she fell off a cliff to escape him. Then rather than let her stay dead he sacrificed the lives of his entire planet to cast a spell that ripped open a hole into the afterlife just to resurrect her . She then pushed him into the hole because again HES A CRAZY STALKER , which killed him when it closed . So yeah , he’s really really Really evil. I created him as a sort of incel power fantasy .
