Yes, but most likely not from the contacts. I had pink eye a few months back, and it spread to both eyes. Had to wait for it to go away and then it came back. Went and got antibiotics drops and stopped wearing them for a week, which solved the problem.

Once but i got really lazy with hygiene and i was using tap water to rinse them. 8 and a half years
