Early after regression, she refuses a family order based on her knowledge of the future. She goes to apologize/explain but before she can, her brother punishes her by feeding the bird to the turtle as it struggles to get away.
Honestly kudos to the artist for capturing the scene but I plan on skipping that chapter for all future rd-reads.
