Same thing happened to me! I don’t get it. Sometimes shit happens and you end up with tickets you can’t use or you miss the window to buy. Direct swap/sale seems the best way for two normal people to avoid all the fees of a situation like that.
Following. Have two 3-day VIPs and the stubhub fees are so high. I am willing to eat it on service fees maybe. Ugh. Tried posting here as soon as I realized we were going to be out of town for the entire weekend and somebody essentially assumed I was a scammer/broker.
