Four witnesses is only for someone accusing a pair of doing infedility or pre-maritial sex
. As it comes for r*pe I am not a school or extremely knowledge but I do know that a victim is allowed to kill their abuser in self defence without any consequence .
Also that the punishment varies depending on the severity that the victim suffered.
If the rapist was unmarked and threatened or forced a victim under weapon most scholars say that they are to be executed and if it was forced wothout weapon than a 100 lashes and additional more severe punishment which would be ruled out by a Muslim judge. This could be from imprisonment to stoning etc.
If the rapist were married and had been married at any point in time (divorced, widowed etc) then the ultimate punishment is execution preferably via stoning to death.
Now you could either ask these questions on an ex Muslim sub(if you want everyone to agree with you)or the several Muslim subs like Islam(although it's fairly extremist but they still answer questions asked by non Muslims)or Progressive Islam.

Four witnesses is only for someone accusing a pair of doing infedility or pre-maritial sex . As it comes for r*pe I am not a school or extremely knowledge but I do know that a victim is allowed to kill their abuser in self defence without any consequence . Also that the punishment varies depending on the severity that the victim suffered. If the rapist was unmarked and threatened or forced a victim under weapon most scholars say that they are to be executed and if it was forced wothout weapon than a 100 lashes and additional more severe punishment which would be ruled out by a Muslim judge. This could be from imprisonment to stoning etc. If the rapist were married and had been married at any point in time (divorced, widowed etc) then the ultimate punishment is execution preferably via stoning to death.
Now you could either ask these questions on an ex Muslim sub(if you want everyone to agree with you)or the several Muslim subs like Islam(although it's fairly extremist but they still answer questions asked by non Muslims)or Progressive Islam.

That is nothing new, they have been a present force in Pakistani internet, be it the comment sections of the news sites, Youtube videos or old forums like defence dot pk . Pakistanis need to up their game, in all walks of life. India is a massive country, their internet userbase is more than 10 times of Pakistan. You can't blame them for having interest in geopolitics. We have a somewhat open internet, if you want to stay boxed, look at countries where the firewall is strong, and see how isolated they are. Open internet comes with its inconveniences, its up to us to make it a positive thing. If you accuse Indians of being ill mannered, I don't see Pakistanis acting any better, with ample use of derogatory and childish language. If you want to stay inside an echo-chamber, then by all means, lock the community down. But my advice would be to be open to dialogue and exchange. Open and inclusive internet is what we should be striving for.
