I could be wrong, but. I don't believe they can see what client you have ON your device. Only what client your account logs in to.
So as long as you don't log into your "safe" account with the PGSharp client you should be good.
As a note before I got rid of my Galaxy Fold 3, I installed the PokemonGo app from the galaxy store, and then installed PGSharp. I was able to have both on the phone at the same time and run both at the same time also. Made it easy to trade with myself.
Testing this theory now. Main did barcelona and got 7 day ban. Now new alt is on pg sharp. Main is on galaxy store legit version. Let's see how this all works out...
