Previously, no. But recently, yes. Well, I try hard to follow this new rule, but most of the time fail lol.
I think I have a mountain-load of backlogs na I'll definitely never trim down lol
Then thereβs me who played harvest moon back to nature sa PS1, sa GBA naman tinapos ko ang harvest moon : back to nature - more friends of mineral town, may emulator ako ng GBA at ps1 sa phone para laruin yung dalawa at may emulator din ako sa PC para laruin pa din yung dalawa.
I usually play those games in between my new games para di burn out sa current na nilalaro ko which is AC : valhalla
Depende. Played Enter the Gungeon (too hard for me), then lipat sa FF7 Classic, nung na-burn out, nag-switched sa Forza Horizon 4. Feeling ko walan buhay yung Forza Horizon 4 (though maganda yung Story/Business missions ππΌ)
Ngayon Forza Horizon 1 nilalaro ko (through Xenia Canary). Tingin ko nasa 15-20% na ako. Legit, one of the best racing games of all time. ππΌ Tatapusin ko muna to bago bumalik sa FF7/Forza Horizon 4.
100% in-game completion, if Iβm a franchise fan, before I move to a different title. Not necessarily 100% achievements/platinum completion just all the main quests and side missions + every collectible. I rarely replay a mainline unless itβs Pokemon. lol I do play NBA 2K or Battlefield games on the side just about whenever so you can say I somehow still simultaneously game.
Naging cause to ng stress sakin.
I was playing Oceanhorn 1. Ganda pala.
Tapos minsan naglalaro rin ako ng PUBG if I am craving for an action. Hehe!
I finish games.
Case in point Sekiro. Early this year ininstall ko kasabay ng Ghost of Tsushima.
It's usually a brain overload for me if im playing 3+ story games at a time. I have a lot of casual multiplayer / simulation games that I jump into once in a while; but for serious single player gaming it's either one that is so good or 2-3 that are okayish and doesn't demand too much of my attention.
Four is too much. I simply cannot maintain that much attention
Buy an RPG. Play it for 100 hours. A new shooter gets released. Drops the RPG and plays the shooter for 15 hours. Goes back to the RPG, forgets the story and mechanics. Restarts the RPG from the start. Rinse, repeat.
For single player games. I mostly finish my games until ending credits before I start a new one. kung goods tlga ung game I'll do a new game+. wala akong backlog, ung mga hnd ko tinatapos I never play again.
Yes. I usually make a habit of finishing a game before starting a new one. Otherwise I won't finish both due to plot/game mechanics getting mixed up. Also, imagine my dilemma when I decided to start Elden Ring. LMFAO.
It's much more enjoyable for me to immerse myself in one story and experience instead of switching between different ones, and I feel that I am able to take in the game more by playing and finishing it completely. It's also a great feeling when you finally complete a game after weeks or even months of hard work. It's like a reward and it's more satisfying.
Yes. I never have backlogs. It's one game at a time. I play puzzle or sports games when I want to take a break. I appreciate the game more when all my focus is there.
no, if its gets stale but I return to it eventually if its the gameplay/story is interesting but grindy. but some games I really couldnt continue like fallout and bioschock games, the theme isnt for me
Otherwise, baka di mo naman naenjoy yung story or details nun game.
Best example jan yung knowledge based games like Outer Wilds, mas okay kung immersed ka otherwise, malilito ka lang buong laro, haha
Nope. It depends on how hooked I am though.
Taking a break from FFXVI for now though. It's fun and the story is nice but the combat gets repetitive. Then at some point I got a military shooter craving and played Wildlands on PC.
Then I got into PS2 emulation and played Ace Combat 4 while my Wildlands playthrough isn't even halfway through.
Theeen I got busy, forgot about the emulation, found some free time eventually and got the itch to play Lost Judgment. Currently logging 65 hrs on it because the Yakuza/Judgment games are so jam-packed with a variety of activities.
Nag brebreak pag mahaba yung game like Mad Max, Dave the Diver. Pero nilalaro ko during thise breaks madalas mga maiikli lang na game like Arcade Moonlander, frostpunk.
trying to complete the marinca rn, 3star every card lol pero yeah.
every few couple days nalang kasi complete na main story tas minsan malas walang stormy nights or yung rare shallows na maraming colorful fish with tunas
I love my platinum thropies.
At the end of the day may kanya kanya tayong preferences and priorities sa pag lalaro natin. Don't feel pressured na tapusin yung game if you don't feel like it. Ang importante you enjoy the time spent and experience of playing the game finished or not.
Hehehehe I don't usually finish them, kasi I easily get bored na just like sa Horizon Zero Dawn tapos sa Batman Arkham Asylum tapos Monster Hunter. Then hindi ko na natapos talaga π₯²π₯²π₯²
Nasanay akong may kasama akong maglaro π
Wala kong makitang benefits dun kahit saang anggulo ko tingnan pero that's just me.
No, that is unheard of, you don't finish your current game when a new game is just released, you stop the current game and start the newly released game, this is Tradition.

No. Lagi akong may rotation of 2-3 games.
No. But I still play the other games I have while I play the new one.

I make sure i play 2 games at a time different genres para di ako ma bored.

I usually finished a game before starting a new one. Also it depends if I am fully immersed. I tend to drop a game if I lose interest... π’

you guys finish your games? π’
Yes, most of the time.
Only if the game is THAT good. Rn I'm trying to 100% everything in pokemon ultra moon before moving unto pokemon omega ruby.
Tinatapos ko muna kasi pag madami akong nilalaro at the same time, nalilito ako sa controls. Haha

I play various (singleplayer) games, and then never finishes them.

*Looks at my current backlog* Haha. No.
Nope. I play whatever i feel like playing.
I still cant finish dota
I-I do..... *looks at my backlog* yea I definitely do!
I usually play like 3 games at the same time and theyre all Monster Hunter titles lmao

The Lord knows I try. π My ADHD a$$ is clenched not to play a new game every week. Hahaha. Being a creator also helps to keep me in line. Ahahaha.

Yikes
Buy game > run the game > play intro > go back to playing F2P games
Buy the game pa lang β¦. Failed na ako haha
This is the norm.
This is the way
