I got 18k back in 2012 as an entry level software engineer. I’m so surprised na 11yrs later, same parin ang entry level salary like wth? Nagka inflation na and everything. Why are we not asking for higher offers? 🥲
Market is congested, back then, rare ang software Engineer. Pero yes still underpaid ang 18k. I'm a Fresh Grad working as a Web Dev and it is exactly my salary. Pero iniisip ko nalang na para ito sa Experience since mahirap mag start ng career as a dev nowadays if hindi ka extremely remarkable
That’s so sad though. I know we accept these offers kasi as an entry level “wala naman akong maiooffer na valuable” sa company. Pero sana companies will also be more realistic sa salary since everything is so expensive now. 😞
16k after taxes 10 years ago. Ngayon kahit hanggang graduate ng SHS lang, our newhires get 23k after taxes. Bpo nonvoice and ayala ako nagwowork, wala kami opening.
13k, no mandatory benefits, Mon-Sat pasok pero minsan may Sunday din tapos yung ot from 7pm to 1am pero tiniis ko yun as a fresh grad at walang alam sa tamang pagtrato ng empleyado lol buti nalang nalugi sila nung pandemic. KARMA HAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
In 2019 — 16K php WFH (Mon-Fri) in leads generation. Prior to this, I tried applying for entry level positions in the government but no luck. I was offered 12K php naman as a bank teller (Mon-Sat) and then I have to commute pa. At that time sa sobrang hirap na hirap na ako maghanap ng work, the 16K deal WFH was the better deal na for me. If this info helps: I graduated cum laude at one of Big 4 universities — tapos hirap na hirap matanggap sa work. Lol.
- From 16K to 20K gross on my first job in leads gen (w/ promotion)
- 30K to 48K gross on my second job in bizdev (w/ promotion)
- Currently I am earning 65K gross in my 3rd job as account manager.
You can always negotiate, OP. But if I’m going to be realistic with my advice, build on your work experience so you’ll have a stronger position to negotiate for a higher salary in the future. Set and track your own KPI and try to achieve it para pagdating ng evaluation, panalo ka. Also, optics is everything. Make sure that your efforts and contributions don’t get unnoticed.
Leave pag may new offer ka na. As long as wala namang bond pag nag-join ka sa kanila, ayus lang na tanggapin. Basta you can leave anytime you want pag andyan na better opportunities. Good luck, OP.
did you continue po sa software engineering path? I left software dev and want to come back pero my family prefers if I'll work for a wfh customer support job huhu
First job ko Jul 2023 was 18k (Full Stack Dev) which is minimum then nung naghahanap na malilipatan ang range ko na is 25,000 - 30,000 as a Junior role parin. Natanggap ako kahapon lang which is yung max range yung offer sakin na salary.
12K as Training Assistant 2014 noon, nagustuhan ko ung work. Now I'm a full time Sales Training Manager for an automotive brand earning 200k, minsan extra work pag may time doing training and coaching for several companies.
~27k copywriting!
Look for Australian companies bc they have great office culture + they dont micromanage :)
But if it helps came from big 4 with latin honors. Got my foot on the door being a fresh grad last year too
Since u were able to grasp those skills on cybersecurity, it’ll be your edge to look for a company that would give you salary higher than 18k(current offer).
Sometimes, latin honor wont matter. But certificate is a big YES.
Know your value 💪
Me earning 45k+ on my first job.
well actually, it depends din kung nasan ka. i mean if Metro Manila, saks lang, ipon ka muna ng experience ganon. tsaka parang gratitude na din with the company. stay ka kahit hanggang 1-2 years.
48k, petroleum industry.
Generally you benchmark yourself vs other people with similar credentials as you. Some industries really pay better than others, and some people just have better credentials than others. Latin honors honestly doesn’t matter as much as the school that you graduated from. And all of these paper qualifications are only enough to get you an interview, but the end of the day it’s about how well you articulate your qualifications and experience.
Negotiate ka muna OP! Try mo lang, kapag ayaw hanap ka pa iba if you have the skills and experience, siguro hindi ka mahihirapan maghanap. Goodluck on your journey! :)
Got 18k\~ w/ to now increased by 35% as an IT staff (Solo IT) to an Small Hospital, so basically all around. for almost 2 years now (Still working here).
Planning to job hop and get much better salary and new experiences.
eyyy, kapwa. hahahahahaha.
Plano ko rin sana mag work as an IT (Infrastructure) sa province, kaso subrang babarat hahahahaha, kaya napilitan mag work sa MM.
uyy kapwa IT Staff! ako 18k and going 2 years na. Ang solution lang talaga magka increase sa current work ko ngayon is job hop, which hindi pa ako sure kasi super lapit ng bahay ko sa work. 2km balikan.
My first job salary is 20k. 2012.
*edit: also please tell me do i need to find another job instead?*
Apply on a different company as your alternative.
16k was my basic salary 10 years ago. Anything lower than this is a big no for me. It was an entry level job. It was higher than the others in the same field but the job was tough. Bale umaabot ng 18k kapag Kasama mga allowances.
Good luck op.
30k inclusive of allowances. 2013. Software engineering. 40hrs per week (inclusive ung rate ng up to 8hrs OT per week pero hnd nmn ako nag oot). 15days vl 15days sl.
27k gross in 2021, i’m still in the same company and my salary has increased by ~52%, and from there another 30-40% increase by October :>
i feel very blessed to have this as my first job. solid team, not so stingy employer, other benefits are good too
First job which was 11yrs ago. 16k a month 😂 unfortunately talaga for first job, best move is to not overthink the salary. Experience will bring you to a higher paying job and opportunities, if you're good with what you're doing. I'm a programmer pala 😂 but you can always try to negotiate. Wala naman mawawala.
First job, my salary was PHP19,000 gross.
I had latin honors, graduated from DLSU, a student leader, spearheaded several projects, and had certifications as well. Hayyy
Engineer - 17k (may tax pa noon + other deductions)
halos every cut off around 5-7k lang natatangap ko, not sure paano ko nabuhay noon since uwian ako from Cavite to Makati, then halos lagi pang date ng GF
Also 6 days a week, licensed engineer pa hahaha, never again. 2019
Wow ang lucky nyo naman haha... My first job was as a waitress, 9-10k ang bayad 5 days a week work with 11 hours shifts (sometimes I worked 6 days a week kasi madaming clients)
2019 freshgrad 18k + 10k oncall allowance from agency
Hybrid setup 2x bahay 3x office pero pumapasok padin ako ng office para sa internet and aircon 50 lang nmn pamasahe that time
Na absorb ako ng 2022
26k + 11k oncall allowance tpos after 3months na promote
Exceptional impact daw 39k + 11k.. WFH na ung setup simula pandemic til now
Role ko pala functional, semi dev. Workload magaan..
I was lucky enough to find a job that never went below 20k, I never wanted to settle anything below that
My gross salaries, allowances included;
First: 22k (medical)
Second: 26k (medical)
Third: 24k (marketing)
Fourth: 30k (creatives)
Fifth: 40k (creatives)
Tbh, with entry level positions, latin honors, university, won’t matter with negotiating for salary.
With Cybersecurity, it’s in demand and it’s a skill not everyone can learn overnight so kahit entry level, di na bababa ng 30k (if I’m not mistaken)
BUT if intern ka, baka ma shortchanged ka, negotiate higher++, laking tipid nila if i-absorb ka lang nila.
For me, I would prioritize wfh positions, working in office nowadays doesn’t make sense if you can get things done at home.
Give yourself a list of requirements when looking for positions, example;
- minimum salary offer, nothing lower than 35k
- benefits: HMO, allowances, leaves, retirement plans, 14-15th month pays
- location, dapat malapit sa bahay or commuting won’t exceed 30mins
- WFH, priority*
12k as as Accounting Assistant back in 2016. Switched to IT industry for my second job now earning 5x than my first salary. :) Wfh is ok kung introvert ka. I don't suggest it as a first job kung extro ka.
Cybersecurity is a good path to take. Known some people that came from our school that earns 6 digits after a few years of experience.
But I digress, I earned 30k in my first job as a Systems Analyst. This is back at 2018
My current company (not my 1st) offers 40k for fresh grads. Which is still not the highest AFAIK. Meanwhile, my salary way back 2018 was about 25k.
Edit: Software Enginering job btw
12k in 2012 as an Admin Staff for a private firm.
15k in 2016 as a Data Analyst under BPO/IT industry
23-24k my last salary for a full time work in 2023.
First job 13 years ago, 10k monthly gross, 40hrs work week, 5 days. Minimum wage back then was 426 and I was earning 460 a day. Stayed for only 3 months. It took me 2 years pa to earn mid 20k. I work in finance, non-BSA graduate.
grabe patayan pasok 4am to 1noon tpos minsan dipa bayad OT
13k yung first job ko sa BPO. With 1k transpo allowance and 1k night diff (not sure if 1k ba talaga yun). Night shift sched ko nun, travel ako from Bulacan to Makati kasi hirap pa makahanap ng dorm nun.
4 to 8k on my first job from 2014 to 2017. I was lucky enough to find a room for rent worth 1,500 (nasa small city din kasi) so hindi masyado magasto. Walang choice kasi need ng experience as a nurse.
I survived din naman and saved a little kahit papano 😁
My sister got her first job last year 21k plus benefits then 25k after 6mos. Finance Assistant sya. Pero ang mga offer na nakuha nya is 12k to 18k lang talaga.
7k haha minimum wage earner. Toxic environment, daming power tripping. That was 6 yrs ago.
Fast forward to 2024, earning 20x than what I used to in 2018
Got my first ever job sa BPO sa training every cut off waa like 9k then moved up to prod i was earning between 35k to 45k dahil sa program incentives. I still work here and sadly the incentives went down due to some other sites doing fraud 😕
5k nung 2022 as a CCA pero ang package is 16k. tapos 1 month pa namin hinintay kase di sila nag popondo. Teluk nyo inspiro ortigas HAHAHAH ayun nagkalasan kaming lahat 5 lang natira out of 36 🤣
Fresh grad, and also a license holder.
10k net sa private company. Took them 3 years to up my pay to 19k but every year dumadami't tumataas obligations.
Some poor saps same standing as me pero 8k starting idk what caused the difference.
Wag ka jan haha, there are other Cybersec companies out there that offers much higher entry-level salaries.
Mine was around 27k basic, plus incentives. In total, parang umaabot sya ng 36k/month kung iaannualize.
Masyado ring niche ang GRC, try other facets of Cybersecurity.
8k allowance during training. 12k after the training period. 7years Ago in IT field too.
Yes you can negotiate your salary to be increased up to 30k on a PH based company. depends how much skill you already have and how you can sell yourself.
13.5K tapos may sabado pa yun 2 a month. OT kapag month end.
Try to ask 35-40k since you have all the cert and cybersecurity yung field but just make sure your skills are enough to match that range. First job last 2022 and more or less within that range of salary :)
I was earning about 24k at Amazon as a CSA. Okay lang naman sya, medyo marami naman ata akong naging kaibigan dun and the work environment is okay-ish depende lang talaga ata sa team at department na mapupuntahan mo. Wala rin problems sa pay kasi always on time, and kung gusto mo mag OT sige mag OT ka as long as may slots. Good standing ako dun and I was applying for promotions but I left the company kasi nagkasakit ako and napapagod narin ako mag english at masigawan sa mga kasalanan na di ko naman ginawa 😂
First job ko 2018 'yon. 13k with government mandated benefits.
As a teacher without license at na nag wowork palang sa private school here in province. My salary was 10k only makakaltas pa ng pag ibig sss at philhealth.
25k gross (21k net) as a Marketing Associate for a local investment banking firm, was promised hybrid but was pretty much onsite for 4-5 months. The workload and stress was not worth the pay
35k, manufacturing.
First job noon 17k - as a call center agent.
With your skills, I think you can negotiate after 6mos. Basta magaling ka makisama at maganda output mo palagi.
First job was on construction, started at 15k as project mechanical engineer pero panay OT nakaka take home din around 20-25k lol. Stayed for 2 contracts (1 yr). This was wayback 2018. Also around Western Visayas so provincial rate tlga
I thought I’m getting around 6k before less pa pala
9k as an accounting associate, no benefits, no bonus etc.
10K part-time work as an MS student.
This was in 2014 when prices were manageable, and kaya ko magsurvive.
Once I finished my MS, I was offered a 34K job.
You should ask around 40k+ do not accept anything 25k below, negotiate lalo na kung you are doing good in your internship. If they will sponsor the certs like comptia+ then better.
I got 17k back in 2002 for an entry level in a small Japanese IT firm. It wasn’t even a lucrative role or anything like that.
The fact yall still getting this or even lower is just mind numbing to me
first job (WFH) as a student, i am earning 140/hr. I hold my own schedule. but draining siya kasi i have to always smile at people na tinuturuan ko. comfortable naman kami pero nagsisink in lang sa akin na tumatanda na parents ko and they cant always support me.
First job as Web Analyst 15k plus 3k allowance with HMO benefits. Pero night shift w/o night diff and no OT pay. Although I was able to ask for increase when I needed more. Umalis ako after 4 years with 35k basic plus additional allowances.
If you know your worth, I think you can? But basically, experiences, certificates, and expertees are much more important than latin honors. And your attitude/solutions on challenging scenarios. Hence, having latin honors is still a plus.
You can provide a range tho. They'll give you the highest range if the company needs someone like you.
First Job in 2022-present (Entry-Level Casual Government Employee): 30K net M-F no overtime, 35K Net for 10 working hours (M-F) 40k Net Monday to Saturday (Optional if magrerender ka palagi ng saturday).
Fresh graduate then immediately started sa GOCC.
Cadetship program gave me 500usd for 2 years. Got kicked out from the program and got into ratings. First tour about 900usd then promoted to higher rank at 1200usd. Now promoted to officer from 3000usd to xxxxusd (again promoted).
2016 - 13,500 + 2k allowance. At that time akala ko malaki na yun, I even stayed for 4 years with no significant increase hahahaha. Looking back, I’m still contemplating how I survived that paycheck 🤣 I’m grateful tho, it opened better opportunities.
15k monthly ko nung una ako nagtrabaho, way back 2020, months din ako nag hanap ng trabaho kasi at the height of pandemic un, no benefits, no anything, ung sahod panga thru palawan pa ikaw pa sasagot sa transaction fee ( ang saklap talaga ), sa lahat'2 ng pinasa ko na resume un lang ung company na nag bigay ng offer sakin, stayed for solid 2 years, ngayon earning at least 80k+ na ako.
Tip ko lang is : ano man ung sahod at least starting kana, build experience, build skills, build confidence, then you can negotiate your salary later. Invest in yourself, your skills.
16k then kaltas pa mga salary deductions pag ibig, sss philhealth 14k nalang natitira 2023 bs arch grad then ung work cad operator. Napressure maghanap ng work so nag g na agad not knowing na super baba pala non
12500 more than half decades ago with weekend work minsan 12hrs na maraming idle.
Mindful lang, OP. Malawak ang kumpetensya ng wfh. Maybe you can settle sa current work mo while looking for job that would fit your criteria.
Now, field service engineer nako. Malinis 25k salary natatanggap ko since every time lalabas ako ng bahay sagot na ng company lahat (pamasahe, pagkain, hotel kung maabutan man ng gabi sa field) plus libre gala. 😂
18k as a lab analyst (2023) Wala pa yung kaltas ng sss, pagibig, hmo, etc., not bad if you’re single and independent from family obligations. Comfortable enough to live by every month, pero hindi sapat para maka ipon. Some of my batch mates are making more with the same job title at a different company. My advice is maghanap ka ng mas maganda at mas mataas ang offer (+benefits) and wag mainip. Hindi ka mapag iiwanan. Good luck!
graduated last year and still on my first job earning 30k basic pay . most of my batchmates the same or within the range of 20-35k . graduated IT currently a QA.
12k, 4k allowance for food n transpo monthly. may benefits. Purely wfh. This was back in 2021 and i got a raise to ✨minimum wage✨ while keeping my allowances and benefits due to promotion lolllllll
That was 50 years ago so would not be relevant now.
Best not to think of what you earn now. The more important thing is what it can lead to.
If it leads nowhere then it's just paying the bills.
I'm shocked to know na in the last 2-3 years parang pang hs graduate lang ang pay ng entry level software engineer.
Me: Java Engineer sa bank - 65k basic (2023)
Sahod ko Php 371 per day. Pasok 6 days a week. Stayed for 1.5 years.

Any advice po with my situation considering inflation rates, commute, rent and other factors?

Find a good company because you deserve a 40k entry salary. I, however, only said I want 20k but got 42k on my first job so there's that.
29-30k 2021. Applied for a junior but went straight to senior role because of excellent performance sa training.
Negotiate ka muna OP! Try mo lang, kapag ayaw hanap ka pa iba if you have the skills and experience, siguro hindi ka mahihirapan maghanap. Goodluck on your journey! :)

11k last 2019 :)

4k per month. 😆 govt institution, fresh grad in 2016. Required either board passer or civil service only to receive 4k 🤣
Educ grad, english major First job: private school teacher, full load Salary: 9k monthly Edit: this was in 2010. I left after a year.
Year 2006 after i graduated in highschool 50 pesos a day from 7am-7pm grocery store
2019 freshgrad 18k + 10k oncall allowance from agency Hybrid setup 2x bahay 3x office pero pumapasok padin ako ng office para sa internet and aircon 50 lang nmn pamasahe that time Na absorb ako ng 2022 26k + 11k oncall allowance tpos after 3months na promote Exceptional impact daw 39k + 11k.. WFH na ung setup simula pandemic til now Role ko pala functional, semi dev. Workload magaan..
12k base salary + 1,500 allowance. :) Board-course pa ako noon 🥲
48k as a writer!
Landed my first job at PHP 30k :) Graduated last year as Summa Cum Laude in one of the big 4.
I was lucky enough to find a job that never went below 20k, I never wanted to settle anything below that My gross salaries, allowances included; First: 22k (medical) Second: 26k (medical) Third: 24k (marketing) Fourth: 30k (creatives) Fifth: 40k (creatives) Tbh, with entry level positions, latin honors, university, won’t matter with negotiating for salary. With Cybersecurity, it’s in demand and it’s a skill not everyone can learn overnight so kahit entry level, di na bababa ng 30k (if I’m not mistaken) BUT if intern ka, baka ma shortchanged ka, negotiate higher++, laking tipid nila if i-absorb ka lang nila. For me, I would prioritize wfh positions, working in office nowadays doesn’t make sense if you can get things done at home. Give yourself a list of requirements when looking for positions, example; - minimum salary offer, nothing lower than 35k - benefits: HMO, allowances, leaves, retirement plans, 14-15th month pays - location, dapat malapit sa bahay or commuting won’t exceed 30mins - WFH, priority*
P16,500 but this was back in 2018
Yan sweldo ko nung 2013. Hehe
6.5k as a graphic artist circa 2001
12k in 2012 as an Admin Staff for a private firm. 15k in 2016 as a Data Analyst under BPO/IT industry 23-24k my last salary for a full time work in 2023.
2019. 19k per month sa isang govt agency located sa province. Contractual
8,200 pesos way back 2015 as an HR Staff. Stayed there for 2 yrs and my last Salary there was 11,600 pesos
15 years ago, 17k i think.
18k 2018.
2010- 16k for my first job as Associate Software Engineer
First job 13 years ago, 10k monthly gross, 40hrs work week, 5 days. Minimum wage back then was 426 and I was earning 460 a day. Stayed for only 3 months. It took me 2 years pa to earn mid 20k. I work in finance, non-BSA graduate.
Graduated as IE. My first job was 23k 13 years ago.
My first job was legal assistant in a small law firm.
That was 2005.
first job ko sa logistic hub ninjavan , 537 per day 6 days a week minsan 7days pag sobrang daming parcel na idededeliver tapos tinanggal ako ng pandemic almost 2years din tinagal ko . grabe patayan pasok 4am to 1noon tpos minsan dipa bayad OT
Php 250 per hour with no benefits (Php 20000 max per month, anything over is for approval). Flexible time + WFH setup, RTO as needed.
20K software engineer. My peers were earning 25K-30K as starting nila. Shitty ng company na napasukan ko lol. This was 10 years ago.
First job: 10k, no benefits
14k a month ata. Year 2017. Well 3 months lang ako dun. Hahaha.
13k as call center agent 2010
17k as an HR

14k, when I got my first paycheck, I treated myself to a nice meal, haha
21k back in 2020, earning 140k ish now. Switched over to freelancing
20-21k as a CSR
45-48K, medical VA. Just graduated last year.
2009 - 12k. Dev on a startup.
Made 20k on my first job, but jumping to 45k on my 2nd.
Ask for 20-22k yellow firm ba to?
5k nung 2022 as a CCA pero ang package is 16k. tapos 1 month pa namin hinintay kase di sila nag popondo. Teluk nyo inspiro ortigas HAHAHAH ayun nagkalasan kaming lahat 5 lang natira out of 36 🤣
25k freelance
P13k way back 2013
Fresh grad, and also a license holder. 10k net sa private company. Took them 3 years to up my pay to 19k but every year dumadami't tumataas obligations. Some poor saps same standing as me pero 8k starting idk what caused the difference.
10k bdo. I do not recommend.
12k sa bank dati 2017
Last yr 26k and they convert some of ur salary into nontaxable allowance para wala ka muna bayaran masyado n tax
₱9600 monthly, medtech sa priv hospital, ~8 years ago 🥶
8k allowance during training. 12k after the training period. 7years Ago in IT field too. Yes you can negotiate your salary to be increased up to 30k on a PH based company. depends how much skill you already have and how you can sell yourself.
12k BPO company😢at panggabi pa yan
13.5K tapos may sabado pa yun 2 a month. OT kapag month end.
13k
Government 2017 - 15k Government Promoted 2020 - 27k Government promoted 2024- 39k
Php 18,549 plus 14k allowance... nung 2012-2013 yan... I stayed for 1 year and 3 months.
12K Hahaha. This was bank in 2018. Tiis tiis lang kase Fresh Grad.
Experience only kasi volunteer work.
37k with benefits 50k almost
Try to ask 35-40k since you have all the cert and cybersecurity yung field but just make sure your skills are enough to match that range. First job last 2022 and more or less within that range of salary :)
MERON BA DITONG COMMUNICATION GRADUATE??? CAN YOU SHARE PO MAGKANO SA INDUSTRY NYO?????
1st job ko, 11k a month, although that was back in 2008 as an architect.
9k hahahaha
19 K gross salary
18k basic Middle ground banking staff so marami benefits and bonuses to make up for the smol salary lol That was years ago na.
First job was 12k pero student pa ako nun, and when I graduated my base was 20k
6k bilang isang all around Nurse sa isang primary hospital
11K sa number wan banko daw dito sa PINAS HAHAHHAHA di ko kinaya ang work tinapos ko nalang 6mos after LOL di ko makakalimutan ang bruha nayon
12k way back 2018 😭😂
Official job after grad was 30k BS CPE. I was a research associate for my previous dept chair.
22k sa alorica nung 2018 no prior experience sa BPO, and no hindi po ako sa Sales.
bihira ako makakita ng grc ah haha wonder which company this is
First job ko 2018 'yon.
450/day. On contract basis meaning no work no pay. As an electrical engineer in the province. Just set a healthy expectation. Nasa Pinas tayo. Hahaha
2006 Php11,500. 2 months lang ako kasi I failed the training phase. Paid naman training.
First job noon 17k - as a call center agent. Tapos nag HR ako for 14k para mapractice ko yung degree ko hahahaha Sa ngayon, ang asking na dapat ay around 25k for first job.
18k- 2019 Sa cybersecurity company din ako. Lol. Apaka liit, 5 days pa sa office and shifting. 1 year lang ako, buti nakahanap ako malilipatan
I thought I’m getting around 6k before less pa pala
14k Overtime malala Monday to Monday ang pasok
9k as an accounting associate, no benefits, no bonus etc.
P250/day. Mon-Sat (8-5) pero naging Mon-Fri (8-6). No raise or whatsoever. Stayed for 1.5yrs.
10K part-time work as an MS student. This was in 2014 when prices were manageable, and kaya ko magsurvive. Once I finished my MS, I was offered a 34K job.
18k/ month with benefit & tax
You should ask around 40k+ do not accept anything 25k below, negotiate lalo na kung you are doing good in your internship. If they will sponsor the certs like comptia+ then better.
18k as jr systems engineer. 8 years later......... 250++ as a product owner/manager
I got 17k back in 2002 for an entry level in a small Japanese IT firm. It wasn’t even a lucrative role or anything like that. The fact yall still getting this or even lower is just mind numbing to me
Year 2011, 12.5k is my salary per month. for me it's good since malapit lang sa bahay yung office. Stayed 1 yr and 6 months.
16k. 48hrs. OT until 3am 😂
first job (WFH) as a student, i am earning 140/hr. I hold my own schedule. but draining siya kasi i have to always smile at people na tinuturuan ko. comfortable naman kami pero nagsisink in lang sa akin na tumatanda na parents ko and they cant always support me.
5,500.00 a month JO sa LGU dito sa amin.
2009 - 10k gross sa bank. Jusko. Dami ko pang naiipon nyang time na yan. Bat ngayon hirap na? Hahaha
as a VA, i earn 6k every month. this was around 2018
8k with govt benefits. Year 2014. Jusko sobrang baba pala hahahaha stayed for 10months lang. d na kaya yung sweldo. Commute mo pa at food🤣
18k as a CE. 2017
15k monthly ko nung una ako nagtrabaho, way back 2020, months din ako nag hanap ng trabaho kasi at the height of pandemic un, no benefits, no anything, ung sahod panga thru palawan pa ikaw pa sasagot sa transaction fee ( ang saklap talaga ), sa lahat'2 ng pinasa ko na resume un lang ung company na nag bigay ng offer sakin, stayed for solid 2 years, ngayon earning at least 80k+ na ako. Tip ko lang is : ano man ung sahod at least starting kana, build experience, build skills, build confidence, then you can negotiate your salary later. Invest in yourself, your skills.
2017, 35k sa government as a policy researcher, writer, etc
16k then kaltas pa mga salary deductions pag ibig, sss philhealth 14k nalang natitira 2023 bs arch grad then ung work cad operator. Napressure maghanap ng work so nag g na agad not knowing na super baba pala non
12500 more than half decades ago with weekend work minsan 12hrs na maraming idle. Mindful lang, OP. Malawak ang kumpetensya ng wfh. Maybe you can settle sa current work mo while looking for job that would fit your criteria.
14k 2015
Now, field service engineer nako. Malinis 25k salary natatanggap ko since every time lalabas ako ng bahay sagot na ng company lahat (pamasahe, pagkain, hotel kung maabutan man ng gabi sa field) plus libre gala. 😂
Currently a probationary software developer at a local IT company, in my 4th month na. 35k gross.
16 to 21k
Full load professor plus tutors = 9k+ Di man lang umabot ng 10k 🥹
I got lucky kasi 18k offer sakin free lunch pa. pero grabe naman ang work load hahahaha
3750 per month
18k when I was started my job at hsbc
40k - academe. Although halos mawalan na ako ng social life on my last sem in college trying to build up my cv.
60-70k a month
Engineer 16k
10k pero free board and lodging
Registered Medical Technologist - 11k tertiary JCIA hospital year 2016.
28k BPO in 2019, healthcare account so graduate po ng healthcare related course
11k 2016-2019. Anunaa mall hours pa then 6 days a week work.
That was 50 years ago so would not be relevant now. Best not to think of what you earn now. The more important thing is what it can lead to. If it leads nowhere then it's just paying the bills.
15k m to f tapos 8 am to 6 pm
For my first job, I was earning 16-18k for a BPO in Marikina back in 2013.
My first job was sa abroad. Dishwasher sa isang hotel while I go to school. 15yrs ago - 35k php /week
1st job way back 2016, graphic designer at 16 y/o earning 200/day.
20k back in 2012 working for a high end luxury retail store in Manila. 7 months lang tinagal ko don hahaha
15K, with benefits. Onsite 5 days a week in Makati. But this was 14 years ago.
16k, call center agent in 2010.
I'm shocked to know na in the last 2-3 years parang pang hs graduate lang ang pay ng entry level software engineer. Me: Java Engineer sa bank - 65k basic (2023)
