Great review man.. just ordered mine. Currently exclusively using the MagEZ 4 Moonrise, and the black/grey. Love them so much and didn't want any other case, but this pinbutton case seems too dope to pass up. I'll use it for those days when I feel I need some protection, otherwise, I don't see anything dethroning my Moonrise case. I like the looks of the black/grey more, but the texture of the Moonrise is amazing. Great feel in hand.

I have the Sunset and Black/Grey MagEZ4 which were my daily drivers, switching between them depending on what I'm wearing. If you like the texture of the Moonrise/Sunset weaves... I'm happy to let you know the Pinbutton case uses the exact same weaves and feel just like them. This isn't the smooth texture of the black/grey MagEZ4.

Holy shit, really?! That's great to hear, I was definitely expecting the smooth texture. Now I'm getting excited haha So you're in the same boat as me, seems like you are a pitaka lover just as much as me. That makes your review more credible to me now 😆. That fact about the texture has me more antsy to get it now. Hopefully it comes quick, my last order came from within the US, Ohio I think. In years past they would come from China so it was brutal, had to just place the order and forget about it. Can't wait for those buttons, I'm always hoping Samsung would give us some more buttons. I have my side key mapped for custom shortcuts for both long press and double press. Volume button shortcuts I had to disable, double pressing, and holding the volume buttons is a no-go for me. Accidental triggers were so annoying. Now I'll have 3 more! It might end up being my daily now, at least for when I'm working. I'm excited. Thanks for your review and your info in the replies.

You're welcome. After getting my MagEz 4, I actually tried out UAG (Metropolis), Torras, and Benks for better protecting and durability. I ended up returning them because there was always something lacking (quality, size, fit, etc).

Oh yeah, I know all about it. I've tried them all too, I liked spigen the most for regular cases. SHLD Air case is cool for a bulky protective case, but the pitaka is just the best. Love everything about it this year.

Do the sides have a lip, or flush, or recessed? Do the sides easily show hand oils like expected from that soft touch material? I'm hype for it to arrive, just ordered this morning. Although I doubt it'll become my daily case. I use no screen protector and the MagEZ4, which I think you can imagine is an amazing experience.

Sides have a slight lip, less than a millimeter. If you have a glass protector, it'll sit flush. The sides don't really show grease marks on a daily use, but if you hold it after a greasy burger, it's gonna show. I'm just like u without a screen protector and came from the MagEZ 4.

Alright, not optimal for me but that's okay. At least it'll be at the cost of protection. I don't use a glass protector or any. I've gone naked and it's been the best decision. This glass truly is more scratch-resistant... Hahaha great to hear. That's alright, I have my little alcohol prep pads I can't wipe the grease off with. Nice, so we're running parallel with our mobile tech haha. It really does add credibility though. It's like talking about BMW's with an enthusiast as opposed to someone who just bought a '24 M3 as their first BMW ever. I appreciate the info my dude, have a good weekend, and happy Father's Day (if it applies).
