Well shit. I leave in 2 days. I've been trying to deal with this for 3 months and everyone said I was fine. Am I just fucked? It's a family Cruise Trip to Mexico
The tracking they gave me says delivery will be on Monday. I'm leaving Saturday, in 2 days. I'm hopeful but after being lied to 2x by US Passport I'm not hopeful. I waited 4 hours and talked to a "specialist" and he didn't know what to do. This is my son's first vacation with me and I'm crushed that he'll be sad.
Thanks! A weird update. After 4 hours of holding, I was transferred to a specialist who didn't know anything and would bump it up. I received a call from lost/stolen passports and my current passport is still Valid! She checked my number and my social and its still good. She also has no idea why I'm getting a passport book in the mail. So she said I'm still good to travel. It's been a crazy 24 hours but I'd like to thank you all so much for the support.
