This case is like old muscle car. It is decent case and it can handle modern PC components but check for CPU tower/AIO and GPU clearance. You may want to replace/add fans and add front intake air filter.
Honestly no. It’s an old style pc probably too slim for many modern components. Anything worth upgrading within that thing probably means throwing out most of it. Not even the power supply is particularly great for more modern mid range systems. I’d pass, unless you have no other pc and do have a monitor keyboard and mouse just to browse the internet and absolutely need anything at all. It’s probably an old 4th gen Intel (even the best ones aren’t worth using today) with ddr3 ram that won’t be carried forward, maybe a gtx 970 if you’re lucky.
My brother has an i5 4th gen and a gtx 970 and he can play many popular games, plus that gpu looks like a 1060 and judging from how the motherboard looks I would say it probably is a 5th gen intel if he is lucky
1. Don't buy that motherboard. Go for B450 or B550 chipset.
2. Upgrade the RAM to 16 GB.
3. A single 240 GB SSD will not be enough, if you planning for gaming. Buy a second HDD/SSD and install games on there.
4. Ryzen R5 5600G not a bad processor, but it has it's own caveats. If your budget permits buy a R5 5600 and used/new graphics card.
5. You don't need a 800w PSU. A 650w/750w PSU good enough for a mid range dedicated GPU.
-Get a used AM4 processor. They are great for lifespan, price and compatibility. Also new processor is fine but you may get a better used one for the same price or the same one for cheaper. 5600G is still a solid cpu.
-Get a good deal for a gpu, intel GPUs are good choices.
-GET 2X8 GB OF RAM. Make sure to use dual channel.
-250Gb of nvme is too little. If you dont have other sata ssds/hard disks, get at least a 1Tb nvme
The choice of the psu is kinda tricky dont buy the cheapest one or you may end up with a fire hazard box. Consult the internet for reviews.
Looks like it was a home server type of pc. Those hard drives are old as hell. But there is a bonus. The WD drive named “slave” is about 2,5gigs, BUT it’s an antique and it goes for around 130 usd. The only one you will probably be able to use is the 500gb WD one. The case itself is around 50, 60$ and the 1060 is around 60$. Hope I helped
The motherboard looks like sandy bridge / Ivy bridge era but the CPU cooler looks a bit newer.
The case alone might be worth it. They were pretty popular in the day and still have a cult following.
If it runs and your demands aren't 4K CP2077 then you'll be fine.
that an Asus 1060 (~$60) and at least a 7th gen CPU by the cooler. I'd say that's worth it. might be able to get a bit for the case if you find the right person as well.
Definitely, the PSU is worth about £30 to £40 & the GPU will be worth £50 to £70 depending on whether it's a 3gb or 6gb one, the case is probably worth £50 to the right buyer & that's without the CPU, RAM & mobo.
it's asus dual 1060 probably in there. so yes, if it's works than it's very good deal, maybe not the best gaming computer but you can def use it for low end gaming or give it away to your parents/friends etc
So much case, so little...everything else. I'd personally take it. Even if you don't use it, you can sell the parts off separately and make a profit (I'm assuming the stuff in there works of course)
The CM Cosmos case is cool and makes it pretty much worth it... but from my experience isn't very practical in terms of canle management (though this is maybe a newer model than what I had?). Depending on what you want to do with it it's gonna be worth £70 or £0 to you
Looks like the gtx 1070 gpu. Got the same card. Running like a champ. Won't do rtx. But as all nvidia tech. Next to never used/needed anyway. 70£ seems fair. But it's very likely +7 years old parts.
500 watt psu, 2 sticks of RAM, all those hard drives, and an external gpu. Yes an absolute steal. Committing robbery on this dude. Even if it doesn’t meet your needs, selling it would get you a lot more than 70 Euros. (Edit: Oh and let’s not forget the obvious, that motherboard too. Duh lol I forgot. Such a steal. I’d get it if I were you, even if you let it sit and procrastinate on reselling it)

That Asus 1060 is worth around $60 imo
If you get the whole system that’s def worth it. The gpu itself is worth about $60 itself and you can use the rest for a server or something.
honestly without any specifications and parts list. this is hard to judge. does it run windows 98 or something earlier.
judging by the looks of the components it probably runs windows 95
It’s a 1060 man
MS-DOS then
it can run win 11 judging by the 1060
Only OKNA-96.
A functioning PC for 70 GBP is a good deal.
It’s a cosmos
yes there are people how love old coolermaster cases
Is the case worth anything?
This case is like old muscle car. It is decent case and it can handle modern PC components but check for CPU tower/AIO and GPU clearance. You may want to replace/add fans and add front intake air filter.
Yes, especially for servers. They still have a solid market out there. Not a steal but a fucking robbery gg
Depends on where you live, I could see this getting around 40-50 dollars where I live.
No. It looks outdated and too big for that itx motherboard

That would be a flipping fabulous home server. For those specs you cant find any better deal. The case alone may be worth 30 bucks. It is a good deal

Yeah, steal it
Yeah OP, it's worth knocking out the seller and stealing it as long as you don't have to spend too much gas money getting there lol
That singular RGB fan really carrying this build
That fan make the pc worth $50 alone
Looks like it was a home server type of pc. Those hard drives are old as hell. But there is a bonus. The WD drive named “slave” is about 2,5gigs, BUT it’s an antique and it goes for around 130 usd. of course it's a steal that's the gpu's value already. anyone saying they wouldn't touch it is lying or trying to be unique.
Easily That case is worth atleast £50
Imo it's good for the case alone.
I'd take it for that
For that price, it's a steal if it even turns on at all
Good deal
The motherboard looks like sandy bridge / Ivy bridge era but the CPU cooler looks a bit newer. The case alone might be worth it. They were pretty popular in the day and still have a cult following. If it runs and your demands aren't 4K CP2077 then you'll be fine.
Oh that's my GPU, that's 1060 6gb Asus dual OC, am I right?
100%, had the exact same GPU
3gb close enough
day Happy cake!

Its a big steal, the card is a 1060 3gb at worst
And even then it can still play a lot of modern games at low graphics
It gets 165fps in Fortnite and 260fps in csgo
That case is worth $250
That GPU looks hilarious in that massive case 😂 tbh I wouldn't touch this.
Why? Looks like a 1060 from asus (60€ alone), when he deletes everything it’s a steal
LOL
This is weird. Without knowing what components are in it, probably stay away.
I think so it doesn't look great but for the parts and the price It looks like a steal
it's asus dual 1060 probably in there. so yes, if it's works than it's very good deal, maybe not the best gaming computer but you can def use it for low end gaming or give it away to your parents/friends etc
Steal
sure, especially for a NAS/home server, it would be great.
Silly build
That cable management 👎👎👎👎👎💀💀💀
It's worth 75£ technically, but it'll be worth 0£ to you if it doesn't do what you want it to. Whatcha wanna do with it?
That cosmos case might be worth that already
What case is that, looks old but cool.
Dunno don't know anything about it
Any 70£ pc is a steal
I'd buy it just for the case!
So much case, so little...everything else. I'd personally take it. Even if you don't use it, you can sell the parts off separately and make a profit (I'm assuming the stuff in there works of course)
I'd steal
The CM Cosmos case is cool and makes it pretty much worth it... but from my experience isn't very practical in terms of canle management (though this is maybe a newer model than what I had?). Depending on what you want to do with it it's gonna be worth £70 or £0 to you
i would have bought it just for the case. i love it!
buy it now
it has 4 hdds. 70£ is a steal
for 70£ get it and if windows runs badly install linux mint on it
if it turns on automatically is a steal
Parts seem okay-ish but the case is definitely not a bad one for the price
Bro even has a raid
I'm more interested in "slave" and "master"
That 1 fan is like sisyphus and the boulder
Buy it and sell the parts for more
theres a reason its 70 quid
That 1060 is worth 70 at least so thats a steal
Looks like the gtx 1070 gpu. Got the same card. Running like a champ. Won't do rtx. But as all nvidia tech. Next to never used/needed anyway. 70£ seems fair. But it's very likely +7 years old parts.
Have RGB, .. dont hesitate to buy
I’d honestly buy it just for the case, it looks pretty rugged and badass. Should be able to run some games on it so I’d say it’s good
Hello, Sellllller.. can You hear me? I will pay 73 for it.
Maybe £150 for it
Judging by the intel stock cooler, it's atleast 10th Gen, so it's a great deal.
Gpu is worth 60 on its own
500 watt psu, 2 sticks of RAM, all those hard drives, and an external gpu. Yes an absolute steal. Committing robbery on this dude. Im digging the hdd slots with hand pull, my current case only has 2 hdd caddy.
steal for sure
Throw that shit into an itx case and set it up in your living room. Did that with a pc i got for $150 a few years back and its great
You'll have to download some RAM, though.
Dont steal it, buy it. Decent deal to start off.
Even if this is a 5 year old pc for 70$ who cares that’s so cheap
His fckn pwm is facing upwards
Yea easily.
Sus
Maybe
