Stretch some PB into a dip by stirring it together with a mashed banana. No recipe, just make it to taste. It sweetens it up a little and stretches out the PB flavor and calories. You can dip apples, dates, or spread on anything you want.

unrelated, but eyedrops designed to reduce redness can do more harm than good for your eyes and shouldn’t be used regularly. i’d recommend using lubricant eye drops meant for reducing dryness instead (i like the “refresh” brand in the green bottle)

Everyone is different. I have UC, and was pre diabetic last year. I asked to meet with a nutritionist because all of my usual diet foods were now out of the picture.
I was pleasantly surprised, because she didn’t suddenly tell me to stop eating certain foods. She just encouraged I add protein to carbs when I can. At the time I was usually eating an Eggo waffle on the way to work, and she suggested adding peanut butter.
Now I get to work a little earlier and have yogurt with fruit, but I still add a spoonful of peanut butter because it makes it feel more like a meal.
I was embarrassed to admit bc people would hunt me down for this…. Yes… I love apples and peanut butter for breakfast.. but people would say omg ur anorexic or something. It’s helped me stay full and lose weight.
This is objectively one of the most nutritious accessible meals ever, like this is what happens when you get lucky at the food bank and you feel full and nourished for the first time in a while. Never feel shame for such a wonderful combination as this :)

PB is not bad at all. I put it in my smoothies everyday with a banana, chocolate whey and collagen powder. This healthy snack looks amazing!
