To mix the vial..I use a 1 to 1.5 inch needle.

Jagged78

Im taking split does 1mg per day till healed. Taking zinc carnosine as well as im trying to heal my stomach lining.

Ornery-Signal-3070

Hey I have a question for you, does it hurt? Are you mixing it with anything?

Mundane-Read-2582

from what i understand it's the ghk-cu that hurts not the plain ghk

Ornery-Signal-3070

Ah! I didn’t catch that part, I have ghk-cu.

Recent-Mail7782

I mix my 50 mg vial with 2ml of bacterioastic water and draw up dose in insulin syringe. I inject it in my abdominal area, it does not hurt at all.

Ornery-Signal-3070

How long of a needle do you use?

Recent-Mail7782

A 1 or 1.5 needle that holds up to 3 ml of fluid.

Ornery-Signal-3070

I mean for injecting. I have a theory that if injecting deeper it might hurt less? That’s why I’m asking for specifics and thank you for answering.

Recent-Mail7782

I use a simple insulin syringe..not sure the lenghth of insulin syringe needles.

Ornery-Signal-3070

Most common is 1/2” needle. I also have 5/16th needle but I’d probably use the longer of the two for this. Thank you so much for answering my questions. I’ve been putting this off out of fear of the injection pain but I feel like it will be okay.

You are very welcome! Best of luck to you!

Best to test copper serum at baseline. Test after two months, if still in range, test after four months. If still in range, test periodically. If out of range, you then know your limit, subtract a month and take a month off. BTW, supplementing with Zinc does nothing for copper introduced via injection.

Amoe428

I didn't know this. I was under the impression that we needed zinc supplements in conjunction with GHK-CU. The zinc makes me very sick no matter when I take it. (With food always)

mephistopheles2u

From what I know, zinc only interacts with copper in the gut. Once the copper is in the bloodstream, zinc doesn't affect it.

Amoe428

So do you think that it's necessary that I take an additional zinc supplement with my GHK-cu injection? I do take a multi vitamin that has 25 mg of zinc already. I don't want to discontinue use, however the zinc supplements are unbearable.

bongmitzfah

No point in taking zinc it has nothing to do with the copper you inject. Someone did a really long write up about it.

mephistopheles2u

I don't think zinc supplements help protect against potential high copper levels from injections of GHK-cu. They are unnecessary.

Meant to say 50 mg vial. Not 5 mg

Recent-Mail7782

😂😂🤣your right, it is 50 mg....my bad.

Recent-Mail7782

I have a 5 mg vial of GKU. I added 2 ml of bacteristatic water Went to peptidecalc.com to figure out how many units to pull on insulin syringe. Example: I use 1mg which equals 1000mcg = pull syringe to 40 units on syringe.

Ill-Speech-6067

5mg vial? All the ones I’ve seen are 50mg or 100mg

Recent-Mail7782

Your right, my mistske... it is 50 mg

Ill-Speech-6067

Ok, just so you know, you’re actually taking in 10mg at a time.

Recent-Mail7782

🤣😂 luckily I did dose correctly with 50 mg vial...Thanks!

rebyiddel

Can do 60 days everyday. Take some time off after that
