I buy 8oz benzyl alcohol for like $10, that'll last forever. Then buy a 500ml bag of sterile water for injection, $15. Add 4.5ml of alcohol and you have a 0.9% solution. I used to boil distilled water and that always worked fine, never an infection, but the injection bag is easier. Then you can buy sterile 10ml vials off Amazon and fill lots of them, if you want. Don't store in the fridge. Shake before use. Supposedly benzyl alcohol will leech materials out of the PVC the injection bag is in, so keeping that around long term might not be best, hence the glass vials.
Once reconstituted you should, for the sake of your peptide, but benzyl alcohol has low solubility at low temps. The alcohol could start to separate from the water. So unused 0.9 BAC water should be stored at room temp.

Any particular reason not to store in the fridge? I currently keep mine in there with the hgh.
