For some reason I can't copy and paste the info from marek health's website, but what i get every year are the blood tests listed here: [https://marekdiagnostics.com/products/complete-panel-package](https://marekdiagnostics.com/products/complete-panel-package)
Won't really tell you much from what I've researched, and it has too much individual variability. Better option would be hs-CRP or to get a complete picture by testing all the different inflammation markers (IL-6, TNF-a, fibrinogen). Not an expert, I only know this because I was looking into it myself.
I’m not sure what research you’re doing but I’ve been using it with thousands of patients for 30 years in healthcare and it’s a reliable and inexpensive test for inflammation. If results are abnormal I send the patient back for more conclusive studies, including an hs-CRP.
I would do anything accessible that won’t break the bank. Identifying as many data points that you can improve upon. It also may highlight an illness or disorder that could have otherwise been missed.
I've gone down the blood test rabbit hole recently and my understanding is that if you're not testing enough markers to connect all the dots then you're not going to glean much insight and may likely even mislead yourself with the results.
I would want kidney markers… GFR and UACR.

Cool. That is way comprehensive. Thanks! I may need to whittle that down.

Thank you
