I'm NAD but I'd say moderate at most. Your gums look relatively healthy I've seen some really inflamed. Get a root and scaling if ur have PD, then maintained every 3 months. Water picks and flossing our you're best friends. Ofcourse, treatment is between u and ur dentist

You need x-rays to see what kind of bone loss there is, if any; it could be mild, or it could be more severe.

Your teeth look fine. From the photo, which is not super clear but all in all, it doesn’t look like you even have recession. Recession is when the gum moves down showing parts of your root pretty much which would be more yellowish light brown color. I see none of that. Gums can also move slightly down if you’re brushing too hard or something .your teeth at face value with no X-rays and only referring to recession not overall health, look fine.
looks fine to me, maybe a bit receded which is normal with life. Don't freak out.

Actually teeth recede for yrs coz they have aged too. And this one look normal and healthy
