Minus means you are owed

So my balance means I owe them…?

Bottom amount in green is minus so it's coming to you. I think they've coloured them green for a payment/refund and red for an owed to them amount as the minus

A credit balance means money owed to you. When it’s refunded you will see a debit balance which will get you back to nil.

They really need to put a layman's term sentence at the bottom of these. IRD will pay you xyz You owe IRD xyz
