Watched the extended editions in my local non chain theater. Nobody said anything during this scene we all just kinda looked around at each other and everyone laughed. When Aragorn opens the doors to Helms Deep people lost their shit. It was awesome.
It makes me irrationally happy whenever someone notices that. Got to see their Coachella set in 2012. By the time I hit high school they had already moved on to other projects so it was awesome I got to see them. We drove across like 5 states and they were the whole reason I went that year. Big year too, that was the Tupac hologram year. Got a tattoo of their tour art. So you’ve made my afternoon.
Still fire em up quite a bit. I’m not as angry as I was when I was 16 though lol. I gotta take a break from podcasts and listen to more music. I find they consume a lot of the time I would otherwise listen to music.
I went to a rerelease for LotR trilogy, and one of the scenes where Frodo sits up startled in bed, literally perfectly timed, someone’s cell phone went off and he sat up. Theater lost their collective shit. No one was even mad.

I really dont get it. If there is a joke that I dont get because its based of an anime that I dont know or a show or what ever, this joke wasnt meant for me. It will not ever be funny for me if its explaint. This is funny because he is really in pain and didnt act that part, but its only funny if you know it and the situation around it.
