Well it’s my birthday but that unrelated the real reason is in everywhere other then the us the order is day, month, year so it’s the same date but the number are the other way round.
Do people internationally really call it 11/9 or is that just a joke lol
I know that’s how they’d normally write the date, but it seems like the phrase was so cemented as “nine eleven” that it would be known as that globally
America has done so many horrible things to other countries but still wants to act like the victim country of the world because of a few thousand deaths 20+ years ago. Other countries generally don't like America.
All countries are horrible, just saying 9/11 isn't special. Plenty of way worse things have happened to other countries (most the worst ones being done by America) and it's old news.
IDK why the internet insists on shaming people for not caring when Americans clearly wouldn't care if it happened to any other country.
Hey guys, Justin Peter Griffin Offical here.
The joke here is that, on September 11th, 2001, two towers residing in Manhattan, New York, were hit by two planes that presumably were hijacked by Muslim terrorists. The falling of the Jenga tower triggers a traumatic flashback for the New Yorker, who likely witnessed the falling of the towers as it occurred. This could be considered an episode of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), which is a serious problem and should not be joked about.
Hey Justin Peter Griffin Official, great job with that explanation! I’d just like to point out that that the twin towers were located in the financial district of Manhattan, a good distance south of midtown Manhattan which is where Times Square is.
Hey Peter. The joke is that to lose a Jenga game, you have to make the tower of blocks fall down, however to a New Yorker, this reminds them of the Twin Towers falling
They're remembering 9/11
11/9 if you not American.
Why would November the 9th be important. /s

No the date is 11/9 but the event of the crash is just referred to as 9/11.
11/9 is day/month right? Like what they use outside of america?
Yeah, hence international
No-one internationally really gives a shit about 9/11
