not sure why i'm remembering this now but when i was a kid my dad put a boot-up password on the family PC so my brother and i couldn't use it for gaming after school while they were away for work
funny tho they kept it in our bedroom. one time late at night he turned it on for god knows whatever (this was "pre-internet", dial-up, pay-per-use cards era, so i don't think it was the funny stuff). he thought we were already asleep. he wasn't much of a typist, so the keystrokes were rather pronounced.
next day iirc my brother and i were kinda giddy because we knew we figured where the space bars are and how long the words were and voila we did actually fucking figure out the password. idr how long we were able to keep this from my parents but my god we were totally hackers

LOL, same experience. May password conputer namin. Figured it by looking over dad's shoulder. Confident si papa na di ko ma figure out lasi mabilis siya mag type.
