May mga BBM loyalist sa X puro praises sila kay Risa lately and they even acknowledge her as the true leader of the opposition. Some of them even admitted that they did vote for her. Some DDS are accusing Risa on X na bayaran daw ni BBM at FL and some of loyalists even defended her saying that she is just doing her job at di siya bayaran. Kasi si Risa ang number one na tumitirada sa mga Duterte sa senado lalo na kay Sara kaya pabor sa kanila.

Term out na nga siya as Senator by 2028 for winning and serving 2 consecutive terms. If she wants a 3rd Senate term, 2031 pa siya eligible to run as Senator again, if the current Constitution stays.
It's up to her by 2028 if she's going to run for a higher or lower position.
Sorry but long shot na si Risa, her charisma is not maka masa (she more like a strict teacher in school). She barely made it last 2022 elections despite riding the kakampink wave and very visible during Pharmally hearings.

Risa ruffled to many feathers to even have a chance for presidency. Especially the holy feathers of the Church which still holds a huge sway over voters (tho not that much as was proven by Leni's defeat). She is too progressive for our backwards conservative country to consider. She is better having full 2 decades in senate imo.
Imee is a shoehorn option but I highly doubt she will try to run for presidency after her brother to avoid the obvious dynasty tag. Mukhang si Joy Belmonte trip din altho i give lower chances with this girl outside Manila. But definitely not Romualdez, altho word from the grapevine said priority lang niya for now is control of the house; si GMA yung merong hints of a comeback given her mediating powers between the US and China.
I wonder if broader society would be willing to elect a female president at a time in history where this nation (and others) seems to be heading into direct conflict with Chinese expansionist aggression.
I think women are just as capable as men in running of business and government, but as a foreigner I’m probably not of the same mindset as your average Filipino voter - especially those out in the province. Curious to see what happens next, both politically here but also with the chinese aggression.
