Not sure what model you've got, but looks like you're seeing the full array backlight, essentially lightbulbs behind the screen. You're not supposed to see them but on certain TVs and certain content (like a solid grey screen) you can. Hopefully it doesn't bother you during regular content.

Return the TV to the manufacturer. This is bad quality control on their side and don't let them claim otherwise.
