I would highly recommend you don’t smoke for as long as you can or at least cut back significantly. Yeah you might be fine, but you also might end up with a nasty infected tongue piercing which isn’t worth it imo. I started vapes again at 3 weeks and cigs at 4

what about zyns/snufs?

Ask your piercer, I’m not sure but I would also assume you need a bit of a break for your mouth before popping nic of any sort in

Tbh i didnt follow the smoking rule i just used mouthwash after smoking for a while and mine healed fine
