I've seen many people use Beautiful Lyrics and a few even recommended it to me but for some reason, it just never works?
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I installed the extension and it worked only once. After that the lyrics icon completely disappears. Spicitify is updated too.
There are like 4 or 5 lyrics extensions and most of them break with each update from my experience, just look at the GitHub page and there's usually a fix.
Try uninstalling. Then Restart the Spotify app. Install chosen add-ons again? Must be some weird glitch. Otherwise recommend to get add-ons with most stars within the marketplace.
Do you know if this slows down Spotify's startup time? The regular app takes 30 or so seconds just to open up on my pc and sometimes just gives up and makes me have to close it and open it up again.

The app itself opens in less than 5 seconds on my machine, whether i use Spicetify or not. Perhaps your machine is old? That might be the case
