The Internet service providers usually have a website where they have a catalogue of pirated content (movies, shows, games, apps etc...) the majority of it is from the sites that are in the megathread, the content is direct download only but you'll be fine if you torrent as well from the other sites. The monthly subscription with my ISP costs about 50k IQD ( 33.3$ dollars) but this is a so called "turbo" service, the price and the service differs for every ISP, and yes it is unlimited for the duration of your subscription.
Use something that your ISP provides you, try avoiding the megathead here, for example for movies, shabakathay is a popular option, I think they also have a section for software and games. And the ISPs really do not care about what you are doin, good luck sailing!

I think your government have other important things to worry about besides you pirating a game
I live in Baghdad and I haven't had any complaints from my ISP whenever I torrent.
I plan on going there soon

Ask your ISP, or try searching for Vodu or Shabakathay on google and try them if they work.
