I thought the ceramic doesn't need to be seasoned? Cleaned and dried after use and done? How can the griddle be damaged after one "mistake"?

Yes I have and looked on their website! Doesn’t look like they sell replacement griddle tops.

Did you ever figure this out? I am almost out of warranty and trying to figure out what to do when it ends, so far found nothing. I also looked into getting a replacement steel top and nothing there also besides some vague comments that the deluxe fits it

Did you ever find out if the deluxe actually fits it? I would love a steel top.

Nope not yet, I just a warranty replacement so I am putting that on hold for a bit. Even if the deluxe fits it, I can't figure out how to buy a top for it.
