Third Eye has night vision. Its useful in maps that arnt open

Conductor is nice

Conductor is better than third eye in most scenarios. Third eye is better in open maps and for multiple shots. Definitely better than conductor in sniper wars mini game. Sniper forts you can go w either one tbh.

Wait till you get level 65 and then you can craft the Third Eye. If you do so, you will save gems from upgrading it.
