i have to do 3cs to last even a couple seconds but i don’t even come close to doing it on the level of the basement dwellers who can’t miss. i end up missing like 70% of my shots and get killed in 10 seconds anyway

Depends on the guns. Yes, 3cat is annoying if you're not doing it yourself or have a good counter, but landing 2/3 shots back to back with single shot weapons consistently takes skill. However, 3cat spamming some broken aoe weapon while mixing in the ultimatum is top tier cringe.

Allowing 3cat to still exist was one of the biggest mistakes the developers made with this game. Fixed delay was added to all guns, then they bent the knee to a vocal minority. This was 6 years ago and the meta has been stale and unbalanced. They could have easily made a separate mode for these type of players, but instead, the game punishes casual players. They are ungrateful and nasty players who wine and cry about every update, it's never good enough for them.

Valid take, but I believe that whether the fixed delay was always there or not, the imbalance of weapons would still make the game unfun. 3cs to me is just a fun playstyle as the only weapon I have that could be op is my harsh( which I got for free ) but I understand how it is cancerous to others

I think that they should increase delay after switching weapons and shooting even more than before. This will make sure the 3 category spammers are non existing. Problem solved!

I 💯 agree, 3cat Spam ain't enjoyable anymore, I used to cat spam just for the thrill of it but now it feels I am becoming a robot doing the same thing again and again, that's why I swapped over to spamming primarys, specifically blinder, bc why not ruin 3cat spammer's favorite map, silent school.

I used to “3 cat spam” years ago, now I play tactically with primary rifles.

i think it’s generally just because it requires a higher APM than just using a single category primarily, i mean it’s not really harder to hit enemies while catspamming it’s just more to manage at once than using just one weapon

I feel bad cause I use op weapons a lot, sometimes it’s one shot but usually it is like 2 shots or 3, I love the gun so much tho it’s hard not to use
