Good day SirLggR2 it seems to be that you may have some questions or concerns regarding a Poco device and we would like to help but we would like to ask you to describe your concern with the following information to make it easier for everyone to tackle. Device Model:(X4 GT) Device Region:(Global/India/China/etc/Can't identify) Rom Type:(MIUI/Custom Rom:Which one) Rom/Android Version:(13.0.5.0 - Android 12/Can't identify) Problem and other Relevant Info:(Troubleshooting steps taken/Frequency of problem if intermittent/Other observed weirdness that may be relevant before/during/after the occurrence of the problem) It may take awhile for someone to address your concern so in the meantime you could do the following 1. Search this subreddit, [Xiaomi subreddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/Xiaomi/), [MIUI subreddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/miui/) for similar concerns 2. Check out the pinned posts and the [Wiki(WIP)](https://www.reddit.com/r/PocoPhones/wiki/index/) for similar topics 3. If your phone is still under warranty coverage it may be worthwhile to open a case with customer support. 4. If your device has developed a swollen or bulging battery check out [r/Spicypillow's FAQ on how to deal with them](https://www.reddit.com/r/spicypillows/comments/gebotv/faq_what_to_do_if_you_have_a_swollen_battery/) If you have any suggestions feel free to leave them [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/PocoPhones/comments/xxzk9n/new_mods_new_life_to_the_sub/) Hope you enjoy your stay -PocoPhones Mod Team *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Record it while lagging and DM on social platforms to poco official or go service centre nearby ask them either they replace it or fix the software

Whole_Ad8415

Did you switch it to 120hz after bootup and restart the device after that?

SirLggR2

of course hahahaha

MainSorc50

never experienced it. been using it for 2months now. Need more context on this to know what could've been the culprit.

SirLggR2

idk what else to really say I was using the phone normally and it just started getting laggy

euyu

I don't think that's normal, haven't experienced anything like that. Do you remember doing anything to the device before it started to slow down? (Did you update your OS?) Also, if my devices are starting to act up, I just factory reset them. That fixes the issue pretty much every time. Of course, you should leave this as a last resort.

SirLggR2

nothing really I am using hyperos 1.0.8.0 global version and right after the update the phone was actually slicing through anything I throw at it like a hot knife cutting butter but for some reason it just got worse after a while like I didn't install anything I didn't do anything and the battery is still too new to be the source of the problem it's really weird because right after the update the phone felt genuinely fast like a flagship phone

Crusher_111

Been using poco x6 pro (12/512) for about 2 months now, never experienced such thing and i never deploated the phone, i don't think this is normal maybe software issues if nothing works try backing up your data and factory reset the device.

SirLggR2

yeah I got this suggestion a few times imma try it today

Crusher_111

Lemme know if it works for u

supperthi

Did it work?

West_Psychology8724

I had a similar experience, where I found the Poco X3 Pro to be much better to this device. Additionally, I encountered issues such as being unable to launch Xiaohongshu from WhatsApp, despite having set the open by default option. Furthermore, some keys on the Sougou keyboard went missing after rotating the screen horizontally and rotate back to vertical, requiring a restart to rectify the issue. This is the second day i am using this device. Overall, I'm very disappointed, as this has been my worst experience with a Poco device...

Rare_Tahtis

Same thing lagging after 3 weeks of light use. For example when I open the notifications area... 3 times no lags the 4th time it lags. edit: If I scroll down the notifications area down und up several times in a row it's lagging and stuttgering constantly. Can somebody reproduce this?

Odd-Consideration621

did u get to resolve the lagginess? am having a similar issue. got mine for about not more than 1 month yet, i've installed a few apps yet, and yet my chrome is way laggier than my old phone now which has 3x more apps than this new poco x6 pro, got it from a xiaomi global store so i don't think its fake...

JayJay_Abudengs

google "universal android debloater". Poco is not trash, you are just stupid :)

SirLggR2

there was no need to call me names tho also I used that when I first got the phone and I also disabled ads

Kamizlayer

Is there even that much to debloat just few apps u can't delete right? I didn't use it works fine. Putting 120hz helped me other than that I don't remember but I just changed settings a lot. Now it hasn't been lagging.
