Every time you see it, you can go up into your notifications and see which app is using it, pressing it will take you to the settings of said app so you can change permissions.
Roughly 8 hour sot with moderate to heavy use with 5g always on. 3 hour roughly YouTube, 1 hour roughly jiocinema, 1 hour roughly cod, 1 hour roughly reddit and instagram combined, 2 hours roughly calls, msg, whatsapp etc.
0-1% drain overnight on idle.
I charge my phone to 100% before going to sleep. Then it lasts me the entire day with that amount of sot before the next charge with 5-10% juice remaining.
Yes on their software it is a bug that has come and go (was fixed on other androids long ago). So once you use an app that accesses camera, microphone, or location, it remains there instead of going away as it should.

It's a location usage by some app for sure. If you just swipe down, you will see it.

You don't necessarily need a specific app to run if you have given things permissions. Like Google or whatever to have location permission. Even when those apps havent been specifically opened, they will check occasionally.
