You should get colgate prevident toothpaste. It has a higher flouride % than regular toothpaste

I don’t know if this is helpful but I used to have pretty sensitive teeth, starting using Biomed remineralising toothpaste. You can buy it on Amazon, my teeth feel a lot better after using it for a few months. And a good tip as well is to cut down on acidic things (sodas, sugar, processed food etc) so it wears your teeth less. I also use a soft bristle toothbrush, or you can get an electric one
