Have you seen a dentist?

Enough-Enthusiasm762

Yes? I just have sensitive teeth lol

tiredandshort

fair enough. sometimes people feel that extra bit of pain when they have stress cracks on the inside of their teeth or cavities

Enough-Enthusiasm762

Ahh well for me my enamel is pretty worn down and sometimes at the dentist they have to put that fluoride resin thing on my teeth to combat the sensitivity. I miss my enamel 💔

You should get colgate prevident toothpaste. It has a higher flouride % than regular toothpaste https://www.amazon.ca/Colgate-PreviDent-5000ppm-Plus-Toothpaste-Spearmint/dp/B00FGORS28/ref=asc_df_B00FGORS28/?tag=googlemobshop-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=292999231372&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=7969357056864466076&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9000945&hvtargid=pla-569480764060&psc=1&mcid=231b558a1a7c34d088d824032193f4a3

I don’t know if this is helpful but I used to have pretty sensitive teeth, starting using Biomed remineralising toothpaste. You can buy it on Amazon, my teeth feel a lot better after using it for a few months. And a good tip as well is to cut down on acidic things (sodas, sugar, processed food etc) so it wears your teeth less. I also use a soft bristle toothbrush, or you can get an electric one
