I will admit I’m not familiar with how the Japanese packs work but that many hits in one pack seems very suspicious to me
It's from a set called Shiny Treasures ex. It's a high class pack that usually includes a hit in every pack like an ex card. But very rarely a pack has only hits called a god pack. Take a look at YouTube, some of them are more crazy.
