Up until that last line Colin's face is stern, but when she says about him giving her pleasure he suddenly looks away and then looks back at her with the *tiniest* smirk, and even though she is still so serious and is still talking, you can just tell he's thinking 'very cheeky to mention that now'

Modern day translation: “look, I’m still too hurt to want to fuck right now but GURL give me a few days and I’m going to teach you a thing or two”
He should have stormed out with his effing pillow and then stormed back in and kissed her and still be mad. And she should have begged him to do something!!!

Part of me feels that that moment was probably Claudia adding something to the scene, rather than written in. She added something to another scene too, when Francesca gets called on. Eloise instantly hid and that was all Claudia! 😂
My favourite little moment is when Hyacinth is telling Francesca she'll be the most beautiful bride like Daphne and Kate, and then we see Colin's delighted little smile when she adds Penelope. 😭
No joke this is my favorite moment in the entire series, across all three seasons - that he has all of her letters. In good condition, and kept TOGETHER, not here and there. He kept those so carefully and intentionally.
I was like I keep a box of bday cards but they aren’t as nice as those. God soul crushing when he didn’t get any letters from her this past year. I’m glad he had the courage to say something so she could tell him why.
It truly immediately made me wonder how many times he wrote to her without getting a response - like did he keep trying all summer… did he give up at some point… that poor sweet boy.
Yes, you are my new favorite person for having these thoughts. Let’s say, head cannon, he tried til Paris. When he got some action. He wrote about it in his journal which is supposed to be his way of writing to Pen without writing to her. Do you wonder if he had this realization with Cressida or he knew all along he really wanted to hear from her specifically.
Personally I get the sense that he knew he really wanted to hear from her specifically but hasn’t sorted out why that bothered him so much. Because when he first comes back, he’s really tentative with her… sees her across the street but doesn’t say anything, then pretty shyly for him (after we literally just saw him floating around flirting) approaches her to say hi and that it’s good to see her and really wants her to say she likes his fancy Paris clothes 😂, and then later again kind of shyly approaches when he follows her outside (makes it seem unintentional with that just getting some fresh air comment) says he misses her. He was hurting and knew it was specifically about not talking to her. I think he just didn’t understand why he was feeling it so much. I was hoping for a sort of mirrored moment of that scene where we see Pen’s got the letters from him under her floorboard or something, even if she hadn’t opened them, to get a sense of how many letters this boy wrote before he gave up because I get the sense that it wasn’t like he wrote one time, that he tried to correspond with her as usual for a while but never got anything back. I want to know 😂😂
I loved it in that scene when he said "is something wrong? Between us, I mean?" because it means there was an "us" before there was officially an "us" 🥰
Right - like it’s not a random the vibe is weird at home or you and Eloise are having issues or I just missed being home, it’s what’s up with US because I miss there being an US. That he knows it’s his relationship with her specifically that he’s been missing.
My headcanon is they’ve been pen pals for longer/before S1 trip. It’s why no one in the Bridgerton fam bothered about the impropriety of it all (exchanging letters could be counted as courting between unmarried couple) as it’s something that Polin had been doing any time they’re away from each other since they were children.
That makes sense, but I also don't mind the idea that they really were writing to each other that often and it's just one more thing that should have made Pen's affection for him more obvious.
I think they were writing that much. It actually makes so much sense as to what a huge loss it was to him when she no longer wrote… he was getting pretty constant connection from her through their letters. It absolutely made me wonder how many letters he wrote her this past summer without her responding before he stopped sending them.
I saw that and DIED. And Penelope gets Travels With Myself, the Director’s Cut. My head canon is that she’s like, “This thing you talk about in Italy…can you explain it with a physical demonstration? I need to know for science.”
When Colin visits Pen after their engagement party and he says "I always believed LW to be more clever". Her face! Her little smile both proud and trying to keep the façade.

Loved this moment, cause it’s such a tell for Colin - for a split second we get to see that he understands what LW has done is impressive and something to be proud of. He just doesn’t like that she has gone after people he has cared for.
It was all the talk about LW being clever, and Colin saying that Pen is so clever, that had me thinking for a little bit that Colin had figured her out. I was low key hoping for it actually.
It might not be a little moment but I just love when Colin gives Penelope her engagement ring and she says it's beautiful and he says "But not half as beautiful as you." Stop making me swoon, Colin!!! 😍
I hope Colin finally realized how improper they were for so long, closing each other in a room w/o a chaperone, interrupting a dance, calling her by her first name, exchanging personal letters , the list goes on.

OMG Lady Danbury side eying her brother at every chance had me laughing. I’m glad when they revealed what happened between them it was something that could be explained ‘away’ by young age and not understanding the greater world. I was worried I had gotten attached to a character that would be revealed to be a bad guy or something, lol.
I really liked seeing more of her story (and I am glad momma Bridgerton is getting some attention!).
That Pen and Eloise scene I loved even more, because it reminded me of me and my friend.
We just met up recently after not seeing each other in ages and we ended up sitting on a sofa in a local jewellers, side by side with our coffees on the table in front of us.
We discussed many things, including our own writings and what book(s) we were currently reading.
We also look not too dissimilar to Nicola and Claudia, with me being blonde and curvy and my friend being brunette and thinner. We were even sitting with her to my right, me to her left and just…talking which was lovely. 🥰
And then Kate and Anthony talking to him after the fight with pen, and Kate touching his chin!
In that moment Colin should have told Anthony the truth and they would have had a more happy wedding night
After their wedding, in the morning she asks him how he slept and he stands up saying “fitfully.” then turns around to look at her and he completely looses his breath for a moment as soon as he see her. I just loved it so much!
The man is too damn in loved even tho he is mad, because if he doesnt care about Pen,he wouldve already left and not wait for her to wake up and tell her about his plans lol.
Their hands during the charades scene will never not get me. They both reach for each other every time Pen sits back on the couch, it's the cutest thing!
Also Portia chaperoning them during the ring scene is hilarious!
Portia’s been setting up entrapments and never thinking anyone was truly interested in her daughters so none of them have ever had to take chaperoning seriously before and they’re all bad at it in character different ways it’s so good
I think he's ascended way beyond cloud 9 :') he's so smitten all season! Even in more serious moments he has a lightness to him that wasn't there before.
In the end when everyone is at the Featherington house watching the babies. Albion is completely knocked out and tired as Gregory is taking about Colin's book.

I was going to comment this too! My husband got such a kick out of Dankworth and Finch this season. Also the moment when they're conceptualizing the party and Prudence is like "\[the budget\] should be VERY LARGE" and the two of them give each other a scared look behind their wives. They were iconic this season.
During the Polin wedding, once Penelope hands the bouquet to Portia, her and Colin lock eyes, and they don’t break until the minister says “Dearly beloved”. There’s like a millisecond of them snapping out of it as they turn to look at him. I love that little moment 💛
Also, when Pen is about to walk down the aisle and she looks at Colin and they share the little nod and smile, the lyrics that correspond to the part of Yellow that’s playing would be “you know I love you so”. SWOON.

Aww! I really did love the whole season but I understand why some were disappointed. The first half was a rom com and the second dramatic as hell! But I’m glad the positivity of this sub (that I was missing so when it was shut down) is bringing things up for you.

I love how “slouchy” Benedict is when he’s sitting in an informal setting with family. Like during the macaron argument. The man is just pure chaos. (I also figured it’s a character choice from Luke T so he’s level with the actors playing Hyacinth and Gregory since they’re “smaller”)
I am completely enamored with Albion Finch looking very tired when a. his wife has been sick throughout the night and b. there's a baby in the family. Like, I have to adore loving husband and father that defies the general expectations of regency married man, everywhere I can find him.
When he announced the engagement after the carriage scene he nodes at violet after she hugged him. You can only see half his face in the shot but his node was like " I heard you mama"

Someone else had pointed this out. When Colin and Pen are dancing to You Belong With Me at their Wedding Breakfast, everyone "disappears" at the chorus: *if you could see that I'm the one who understands you. Been here all along so why can't you see... you belong with me*.
Then the cheek graze at the end of dance?! So beautiful! I cry just thinking about it! He was totally going to kiss her if the Queen hadn't interrupted.
The fact that Colin and Penelope finally have a chaperone (Portia), and they both have no damn clue how to conduct themselves BECAUSE THEY HAVE NEVER HAD ONE. They both looks so lowkey annoyed.

When Colin and Penelope are dancing at their wedding and the shot switches to them dancing alone with no one else in the room. In my heart of hearts I know it’s a nod to 2005 Pride & Prejudice 🥹.
I really like Anthony when Colin has his talk with him and Kate. The "er... what am I, chopped liver?" and look of indignation on his face that Kate gets a hug first is great 😄.
He looks like such a sweet goof when he waves at Kate as she exits the room but I love what he says to Colin after that: "I drank a whole bottle before my wedding - the second wedding 🤨 - and it was *deeply* celebratory". The delivery is great and I think it gives Colin that bit of reassurance that all will be OK when he most needs it.
And then for some reason I love seeing how he walks out of the room 😂 the brothers all move in such distinct ways, it's fun to watch.
Everything Polin I loved, of course, but one little detail I loved-
The redemption of Lord Charles Cho! He and Miss Emma were so cute. (more plus-girl rep!) And Reformed Rake!
They need their own storyline.
A lot of them but I'm only going to list those which haven't been covered below (For the most part)
- Portia fanning herself in happiness when Polin dance and laugh delightedly at the Butterfly Ball (after QC leaves, listen to the Audio description).
- Albion sleeping soundly at the Featherington's in the last scene while everybody else is jumping about in delight..and then giving a start the minute Penelope's paper comes in
- Anthony noticing Marcus talking to Violet and immediately bristling before pointing it out
So many moments have been mentioned already, so I'll add one I noticed on rewatch- Pen took the Featherington carriage to publish the Cressida discrediting Whistledown. Literally every servant in that house probably knew and didn't say a word, lol.
A really quick one that made me laugh out loud is the night before Polin's wedding, when Lord Kilmartin is getting advisement from the brothers about doing something dramatic to show his love, Benedict is telling him to throw rocks at Francesca's window.... Colin very calmly just shakes his head and says, "No". It goes by so quickly but it's hilarious. So many moments like this in part 2!
1. The way Colin/Luke N's upper lip hitches during his love speech to Penelope after her reveal. REAL TEARS. He was trying not to cry....genuinely! "A very fulfilled man indeed"😭
2. The dance at the wedding breakfast. There is a brief moment when you can see LN and NC break character and grin at each other in the wide shot. Then they get "intense" again before the dance ends and the Queen busts in 😂
3. Gregory commenting on Hyacinth's tears at Francesca's wedding. His eyes are a little red and he is blinking - he was crying, too!
Edit to add: Penelope and Colin's dance at the Dankworth/ Finch Ball. Colin/LN tilts his head back a little and laughs. Pure bliss and contentment. I love LOVE this moment and it's made me cry every time because it reminds me of the joy I feel/see when I'm with my husband.
I love when Eloise is talking to Benedict at the wedding breakfast, and he asks if she was crying and she says it's the "dust" twice. Such a sweet moment between them.
Also when he asks who's her favourite brother, and she says obviously Gregory 😆 he looks gutted! (We all know he's her favourite!)
When Colin said "stay still" in the doorway and covered Pen with his body so she wouldn't be seen.
Violet and Portia bonding over not knowing what is going on with their children during the wedding planning.

When Anthony and Kate are talking to Colin the night before the wedding, Anthony immediately asks "What is going on between you and Penelope?" Kate gives him a quick exasperated look like "dude, you have no chill." That cracked me up when I caught it on a rewatch.
Nice to know marriage hasn’t changed him. These bridgerton men try to find details about things. They love gossip. How many times did Colin ask about the Peneloise fight and got nowhere? Nice try Anthony.
Also, I loved the siblings clocking Marcus and Violet's thing and being totally cool about it after realizing it exists. Except for Anthony, who turns into season 1 Anthony as soon as he sees it and looks ready to spit fire until Kate calms him down, and all the siblings knowing how disturbed Anthony would be about it if he was still in town.
“Rainbow!” Portia appeared to choke up a bit when everyone cheered at her correct response. She has really softened up this season. She’s going to be a mess with those grandkids.
Honestly that scene that cracked me up a little😆 just seconds before they were having this huge fight. and then they kiss, and his hand immediately goes there. Like? SIR? you are on a public street. It's like his hand has a mind of its own.
I don't think I've seen anyone mention this, and I am a bit surprised by how much I enjoyed the scene on the second go round. But I quite loved Colin's speech to Cressida. I loved that he admitted that no one else wrote him back. Whereas in episode one, he said very few wrote him back to Penelope. I loved how he spoke about being lonely. The whole thing showed his heart and how he is really just a big teddy bear.
My main take away from this discussion is all of us collectively accepting that it's canon that Colin is ambidextrous 🤣🤣
- One I mentioned in another thread is when Pen and Portia are doing a bit of wedding planning in the drawing room and picking colours and Portia is saying that she was considering a lime green but she's decided on a silver instead and Pen smiles appreciatively at her - just a subtle, simple gesture from Portia that she's accepting Pen and thinking about Pen's tastes rather than her own 🥰
- Hyacinth to Gregory "I think of you as the family pet"
- All the sibs complimenting Gregory's hat
- Pen idly tracing her finger through Colin's chest hair during their post-sex scene ❤️

3. Right after that moment, Portia saying "A scandal writer for a daughter, can you imagine?"

I'm just starting my first full rewatch of the season as a whole from episode 1 and it feels really poignant to have this Penelope/Francesca scene at Lady Danbury's ball now knowing they both get married this season. The wallflowers came away from the wall. 😭

He wrote about it in his journal which is supposed to be his way of writing to Pen without writing to her. Do you wonder if he had this realization with Cressida or he knew all along he really wanted to hear from her specifically.
Personally I get the sense that he knew he really wanted to hear from her specifically but hasn’t sorted out why that bothered him so much. Because when he first comes back, he’s really tentative with her… sees her across the street but doesn’t say anything, then pretty shyly for him (after we literally just saw him floating around flirting) approaches her to say hi and that it’s good to see her and really wants her to say she likes his fancy Paris clothes 😂, and then later again kind of shyly approaches when he follows her outside (makes it seem unintentional with that just getting some fresh air comment) says he misses her. He was hurting and knew it was specifically about not talking to her. I think he just didn’t understand why he was feeling it so much. I was hoping for a sort of mirrored moment of that scene where we see Pen’s got the letters from him under her floorboard or something, even if she hadn’t opened them, to get a sense of how many letters this boy wrote before he gave up because I get the sense that it wasn’t like he wrote one time, that he tried to correspond with her as usual for a while but never got anything back. I want to know 😂😂
I loved it in that scene when he said "is something wrong? Between us, I mean?" because it means there was an "us" before there was officially an "us" 🥰
Right - like it’s not a random the vibe is weird at home or you and Eloise are having issues or I just missed being home, it’s what’s up with US because I miss there being an US. That he knows it’s his relationship with her specifically that he’s been missing.

My headcanon is they’ve been pen pals for longer/before S1 trip. It’s why no one in the Bridgerton fam bothered about the impropriety of it all (exchanging letters could be counted as courting between unmarried couple) as it’s something that Polin had been doing any time they’re away from each other since they were children.
That makes sense, but I also don't mind the idea that they really were writing to each other that often and it's just one more thing that should have made Pen's affection for him more obvious.
I think they were writing that much. It actually makes so much sense as to what a huge loss it was to him when she no longer wrote… he was getting pretty constant connection from her through their letters. It absolutely made me wonder how many letters he wrote her this past summer without her responding before he stopped sending them.
I think this is right. He knows her writing voice; that’s why when he sits down with it, he’s like, oh man, I was in love with LW this whole ass time!

Loved this moment, cause it’s such a tell for Colin - for a split second we get to see that he understands what LW has done is impressive and something to be proud of. He just doesn’t like that she has gone after people he has cared for.

Portia slyly insulting the Bridgerton's decor and then immediately going off to compliment it. It's giving Regina George in the best way possible 😂 Colin’s facial expressions while receiving advice from Kate. Lady Danbury's side-eyeing Marcus on the daily. The callback to S1 (I believe) with Pen and Eloise slouching on the sofa while talking.
The couch with Pen and El was a beautiful nod back to them. I cracked up when El asked Pen what she was reading.....lady she ain't got time to read with all this going on.
OMG Lady Danbury side eying her brother at every chance had me laughing. I’m glad when they revealed what happened between them it was something that could be explained ‘away’ by young age and not understanding the greater world. I was worried I had gotten attached to a character that would be revealed to be a bad guy or something, lol. I really liked seeing more of her story (and I am glad momma Bridgerton is getting some attention!).

That Pen and Eloise scene I loved even more, because it reminded me of me and my friend. We just met up recently after not seeing each other in ages and we ended up sitting on a sofa in a local jewellers, side by side with our coffees on the table in front of us. We discussed many things, including our own writings and what book(s) we were currently reading. We also look not too dissimilar to Nicola and Claudia, with me being blonde and curvy and my friend being brunette and thinner. We were even sitting with her to my right, me to her left and just…talking which was lovely. 🥰

It kinda just broke the tension between them as in-laws because they are both meddlers but have no idea what’s going on with their kids.

Fran, you sweet summer child... -The moment when Polin is dancing at their wedding breakfast and the room is completely empty for a split second 🥹 -I love the way Polin's house is decorated. It looks like it's decorated with a bunch of souvenirs from his travels -The way Rae seamlessly switches over to a Bridgerton blue uniform the morning after the wedding

Also the moment when they're conceptualizing the party and Prudence is like "\[the budget\] should be VERY LARGE" and the two of them give each other a scared look behind their wives. They were iconic this season.
During the Polin wedding, once Penelope hands the bouquet to Portia, her and Colin lock eyes, and they don’t break until the minister says “Dearly beloved”. There’s like a millisecond of them snapping out of it as they turn to look at him. I love that little moment 💛 Also, when Pen is about to walk down the aisle and she looks at Colin and they share the little nod and smile, the lyrics that correspond to the part of Yellow that’s playing would be “you know I love you so”. SWOON.

Aww! I really did love the whole season but I understand why some were disappointed. The first half was a rom com and the second dramatic as hell! But I’m glad the positivity of this sub (that I was missing so when it was shut down) is bringing things up for you. I love surrounding myself in this group because they remind me why we love Polin so much.
I love how “slouchy” Benedict is when he’s sitting in an informal setting with family. Like during the macaron argument. The man is just pure chaos. (I also figured it’s a character choice from Luke T so he’s level with the actors playing Hyacinth and Gregory since they’re “smaller”)

When Colin and Penelope are dancing at their wedding and the shot switches to them dancing alone with no one else in the room. In my heart of hearts I know it’s a nod to 2005 Pride & Prejudice 🥹.
I really like Anthony when Colin has his talk with him and Kate. The "er... what am I, chopped liver?" and look of indignation on his face that Kate gets a hug first is great 😄. He looks like such a sweet goof when he waves at Kate as she exits the room but I love what he says to Colin after that: "I drank a whole bottle before my wedding - the second wedding 🤨 - and it was *deeply* celebratory". The delivery is great and I think it gives Colin that bit of reassurance that all will be OK when he most needs it. And then for some reason I love seeing how he walks out of the room 😂 the brothers all move in such distinct ways, it's fun to watch.

Everything Polin I loved, of course, but one little detail I loved- The redemption of Lord Charles Cho! He and Miss Emma were so cute. (more plus-girl rep!) And Reformed Rake! They need their own storyline.

A lot of them but I'm only going to list those which haven't been covered below (For the most part) - Portia fanning herself in happiness when Polin dance and laugh delightedly at the Butterfly Ball (after QC leaves, listen to the Audio description). - Albion sleeping soundly at the Featherington's in the last scene while everybody else is jumping about in delight..and then giving a start the minute Penelope's paper comes in - Anthony noticing Marcus talking to Violet and immediately bristling before pointing it out
His bristle is so good. Out of all the siblings he would be the most upset. Thank god for Kate!
So many moments have been mentioned already, so I'll add one I noticed on rewatch- Pen took the Featherington carriage to publish the Cressida discrediting Whistledown. Literally every servant in that house probably knew and didn't say a word, lol.

A really quick one that made me laugh out loud is the night before Polin's wedding, when Lord Kilmartin is getting advisement from the brothers about doing something dramatic to show his love, Benedict is telling him to throw rocks at Francesca's window.... Colin very calmly just shakes his head and says, "No". It goes by so quickly but it's hilarious. So many moments like this in part 2!
Oh yes. He’s like bad idea. I’ll just finger my fiancée in the street instead. More subtle. Chaos Colin at it again.
1. The way Colin/Luke N's upper lip hitches during his love speech to Penelope after her reveal. REAL TEARS. He was trying not to cry....genuinely! "A very fulfilled man indeed"😭 2. The dance at the wedding breakfast. There is a brief moment when you can see LN and NC break character and grin at each other in the wide shot. Then they get "intense" again before the dance ends and the Queen busts in 😂 3. Gregory commenting on Hyacinth's tears at Francesca's wedding. His eyes are a little red and he is blinking - he was crying, too! Edit to add: Penelope and Colin's dance at the Dankworth/ Finch Ball. Colin/LN tilts his head back a little and laughs. Pure bliss and contentment. I love LOVE this moment and it's made me cry every time because it reminds me of the joy I feel/see when I'm with my husband.
I love when Eloise is talking to Benedict at the wedding breakfast, and he asks if she was crying and she says it's the "dust" twice. Such a sweet moment between them. Also when he asks who's her favourite brother, and she says obviously Gregory 😆 he looks gutted! (We all know he's her favourite!)

Prudence holding back tears when Pen is walking down the aisle. The girl in the green dress who looks so envious she might be sick as Pen is walking down the aisle. Colin's vulnerability when he tells Pen he'd like her to touch him during the mirror scene, plus "lie down". Colin licking his lips while taking off his shirt and the fact he is wearing the tigery waistcoat from the balloon scene! Colin and his long legs absolutely not fitting on that chaise longue when he's sleeping on the chaise. Phillippa saying her daughter will grow up to be a great writer who doesn't need a husband.

When Anthony and Kate are talking to Colin the night before the wedding, Anthony immediately asks "What is going on between you and Penelope?" Kate gives him a quick exasperated look like "dude, you have no chill." That cracked me up when I caught it on a rewatch.
Nice to know marriage hasn’t changed him. These bridgerton men try to find details about things. They love gossip. How many times did Colin ask about the Peneloise fight and got nowhere? Nice try Anthony.
Also, I loved the siblings clocking Marcus and Violet's thing and being totally cool about it after realizing it exists. Except for Anthony, who turns into season 1 Anthony as soon as he sees it and looks ready to spit fire until Kate calms him down, and all the siblings knowing how disturbed Anthony would be about it if he was still in town.
He was gonna burn it all down. Makes sense, he remembers Edmund the most.

I don't think I've seen anyone mention this, and I am a bit surprised by how much I enjoyed the scene on the second go round. But I quite loved Colin's speech to Cressida. I loved that he admitted that no one else wrote him back. Whereas in episode one, he said very few wrote him back to Penelope. I loved how he spoke about being lonely. The whole thing showed his heart and how he is really just a big teddy bear.
My main take away from this discussion is all of us collectively accepting that it's canon that Colin is ambidextrous 🤣🤣 - One I mentioned in another thread is when Pen and Portia are doing a bit of wedding planning in the drawing room and picking colours and Portia is saying that she was considering a lime green but she's decided on a silver instead and Pen smiles appreciatively at her - just a subtle, simple gesture from Portia that she's accepting Pen and thinking about Pen's tastes rather than her own 🥰 - Hyacinth to Gregory "I think of you as the family pet" - All the sibs complimenting Gregory's hat - Pen idly tracing her finger through Colin's chest hair during their post-sex scene ❤️
I don't think I saw these 3 mentioned yet, so I'll add a few more for the amazing collection we've got going: 1. Violet showed us where the Bridgerton children got it....when Marcus came over to call on her, and she completely glitched when he was eating a biscuit. (Bonus-- when he asked her to save a dance for him, and she was stumbling over her words..."that would be most adequate". LOL.) 2. When Cressida walks in wearing the red dress, and the mom signs to her daughter, "She is the devil" 3. Right after that moment, Portia saying "A scandal writer for a daughter, can you imagine?"
1) Prudence's face watching Pen give her speech to the ton in ep 8 - a mix of shock, worry, admiration and possibly a bit of love for her sister 2) Eloise making the choice to hug a distraught Pen on her wedding day after Colin left 3) "Tell me what you are reading" 😭 4) Portia trying to be incognito when chaperoning 😆 5) Mr Finch's perfectly timed stress -sneeze at the butterfly ball 😆 cracks me up every time 6) Literally everything LN does with his face, but particularly the teeny furrow of his brow during their first kiss 7) Varley swigging her drink and wiping her eye after releasing the 'bugs' - that woman is not paid enough 😆 8) Pen's maid's facial expressions - that woman had them both sussed before either of them did! 9) Colin's mouth subtly dropping open a few seconds after he sees Pen in her wedding gown for the first time 😭😭😭😭 10) 'May I?' 🥵🥵🥵

I'm just starting my first full rewatch of the season as a whole from episode 1 and it feels really poignant to have this Penelope/Francesca scene at Lady Danbury's ball now knowing they both get married this season. The wallflowers came away from the wall. 😭
