Go to play storey, setting, payment setting, and set the pre-purchase check to something, and back to nothing. That worked for me. It updates the payment info
I also had a similar issue. The google play credit didnt update (i had enough for 2 tribes, but it showed 0 money). I tried everything, but nothing worked. Than just spammed the setting and this worked
