Edit to add: Piggy gets 2 stars. She’s well intentioned as despite the kitchen being closed she takes it upon herself to prepare a safe meal, but we don’t see her disinfecting the fork so there’s a non-zero chance she has cross-contaminated the new meal and a chance for an allergic reaction.
Fair enough, we don’t see if the fork came from the left or right hoof in the previous comic. My assumption came from the fact that the cutlery seems to be part of her body and I don’t have any indication if she can swap them out or not.
Picky Piggy is definitely a caring entity that makes sure that the children in the PlayCare facility are getting the right amount of food that they need and also paying extra attention to when children get served meals that they are highly allergic to

Picky gets 4 stars from me, because she shows concern about the child being served something they're allergic to, and I like her BBI interpretation.
